Thank you for responding. My issue wasn't that you use quality products because that is what I preferred. My issue is that you overcharge for the products. I simply wanted one cabinet that was higher than the other leveled and two shelves added between the two to display items. The designer suggested a cleat or large mould up to the ceiling but my request was just to level the new, wood cabinets that were installed in February and add shelves. The estimate was over two thousand. I have money to fund any projects that I'm interested in, but I value stewardship over my money and that means that I am not frivolous with it just because I have the means. read more

So I had them come out to my house in hopes of getting a quote for a window bench and cabinets/countertop sink combo in my laundry room. The lady was very nice and went over all the options, when she left she said "I'll have a quote sent to you within 7-10 days". So after two weeks without receiving a quote, I reached out on a Monday morning, just to make sure I had not missed the email. She wrote back saying my project would be "one of the first projects she completed this week", well 7 days later....still no quote. They do VERY good work with molding and woodworking in your home. However, they are understaffed and at the mercy of the builders that they work for and they do A LOT of work for builders in the area. If you hire them independently, make sure you get on the "true" schedule. Two times I thought they were coming out to do work inside my home only to have me call and ask if they were coming and to have them say "no, something else has come up". With that being said, they did recognize the fact that they should have come out and did give a discount on the finished product. And, the finished product was EXCELLENT. They do good work, just getting to that point can be a little annoying. read more

Very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the beautiful craftmanship of their work. They return calls promptly, arrive on time most importantly in the assigned time frame that they say they will. They understood quickly what I was looking for and emailed drawings and pictures of the proposed project. If I had to say anything that I would have changed it would be that I had to wait two months to have the project installed. They were pretty booked up when I booked my project. We were happy overall with their work. We would use them again and would recommend them to others. As others have said, they always were fast to respond to my concerns and calls and the workers were all very courteous and knew what they were doing! Horrible lack of follow-up. Scheduled an appointment for a quote to have a custom window seat built in my home. The woman that came out was very thorough in going over the specifications of the design. She said that she would send me a quote within 2 business days. Never received it. I called on Day 4 and was advised that she was "working on it when I called". She said I would have the quote by the next day. One week later, still no quote. Will never do business with them or recommend them. read more

From day one Angela was great to work with. After speaking with at least 6 different carpenters I was frustrated. I could not find a professional who felt like they had a solid grasp of what I was asking for. I couldn't find someone to put my trust in. I had a weird alcove with a cable jack by my front door and a drawing of the multi-purpose unit I wanted to inhabit the space. Angela walked in, looked at my drawing, looked at the space and said, "I think it will work perfectly." Her CAD design breathed life into my little sketch and her outstanding carpenters, Adam and Paul made it a reality. From Brittney and Renee, her office goddess to Michael, Adam and Paul her amazing hands on team who took care of measuring, building and installing, I could not have been more happy. Angela has a great staff in place. Naturally, nothing is perfect and we did have a bump. I mention it not to put a blemish on a review but to really show how well the team works together and how well a problem is handled. As soon as the mistake was realized the team apologized and called Angela. Angela apologized as well and provided options - the team came back a day later and finished the job. Not only could I not be happier with the job but I could not be happier with how they handled the bump. Angela personally came for the last couple of hours of the install and really paid attention to the final details. Her suggestions, as we put on the final touches, were impeccable.
