The one star is for the body work. If I could have given no stars, I would have. My car was there for 3 months and 10 days. K and S started by failing to send the tow truck to the place that towed my car from the accident and was holding it. From there, the main reason supposedly for the long delay was that they were waiting for parts. I had to initiate contact almost every time, to find out what was going on. Out of the 2 people to whom I mainly spoke, I was given inconsistent information. I got the initial check from my insurance company promptly, yet K and S didn't ask for it until they claimed they hadn't been paid by my insurance company, which makes me wonder about the "delay" in parts. When they finally supposedly got all the parts, it was 6 wks. before it was ready, and when my husband got 2 miles away from K and S, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and the car was running terribly and making a dragging noise. Turns out that they installed the steering wheel sensor backwards. Rock claimed he test drove it twice. Why wouldn't that have been picked up on those alleged test drives? I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed properly. It was the worst experience ever. I would never go back to K and S. read more

Somebody hit my parked car not too long ago and my mom has known Bud for a long time and she suggested that I get my car fixed at Kelly & Souder Collision Service. I took the estimate to him and a few days later I dropped off my car. It only took about 3 days to fix. When I went to pick up my car, it shined! The work looked amazing. They patched up a whole lot of old scratches and left the paint in the car for me to use if need be. The interior was vacuumed and the dashboard wiped clean! Wow! This place is terrific. My car was towed to Kelley & Souder because of a recommendation from a friend. I picked up my car and was totally amazed. It looks like a brand new car! They not only fixed the damage perfectly, but cleaned the entire car inside and out. Bud Souder, a very professional and personable business man, kept me informed by text every step of the way. Ok, so I'm not proud of it but I parked on top of a parking bumper. It was late at night when I jumped back into my car to drive anpthrr hour home. I backed up... and yanked half my bumper off. I stuffed it back into place... sort of... to get home. It was a mess and rattled at higher speeds. I drive a tremendous amount, for my job and needed my car... this was not good. I needed it repaired asap. I asked a friend if they knew or used a body shop locally. They recommended Kelley and Souder. I called at 7am, to ask when their shop opens, and to beg for quick and inexpensive help. The man of the phone was professional and asked me to come by as soon as possible. I went up right away. I was greeted by Bud, the Owner. We spoke for a couple minutes and he took a look. He was low key and comfortable and let me know he thought he would be able to repair the issue today (depending on any unforseen damages)! I was worried the price would be high and I'd need to report this to my insurer... it was pretty bad. Nope, Bud text me a few hours later. The repair was done and the cost was 2/3 and much less than his estimated amount! This place is rare and special. I highly recommend them. Well done! read more

Be careful of this place, when my car was repaired there they said they put a new hood on, but, I found out later they just repaired the old one. I found this out because a rust spot showed up and in repairing this, body filler was found....... read more

Kelley & Souder offers great service. I have brought my car to be fixed here on two separate occasions over this past year. On both occasions Bud offered exceptional customer service from the time I called to report my accident and have the car evaluated to the time the car was serviced. He was honest and the work was completed within a timely manor. He always provided status updates as the work was being completed. It was snowing when I picked my car up and he had already cleared the snow off my car and had the car warming for me as I arrived. The car looks as good as new. I went to Kelley and Souder Collision Service to get an estimate on damage done to my car by a shopping cart. Bud Souder did the estimate right away and explained why it would be the price it was. The details listed were very specific. Bud also gave me their schedule so that I could plan when to take my car. I was able to drop off my car the night before, and when it was done, Bud actually came to pick me up from my home to be able to get my car. What service! My car looks great and I can see no sign of any of the previous damage. I will use Kelley and Souder for all of my auto body needs from now on. read more

My 2008 Hyundai Tucson was recently hit in the side by a truck. Both doors were damaged beyond repair. Had the car towed to Kelley & Souder, becuase my brother had used them with excellent results. They did a super job returning the car to its pre-accident condition. Their work is top of the line, they do not cut corners.
