From first call to the date of the appointment Rita was so great, professional and very thorough. She came to our home for the appointment which was so convenient and made it so much more of an amazing experience to be able to do it at the comfort of your own home with your family. Rita was very sweet and gave us a USB with so many pictures! She really took her time and walked us through everything we were seeing and we even got to hear the heartbeat again which we were able to record and put inside of a stuffed animal for keepsake. Honestly my husband and I were so impressed and happy with her service!! She was also able to reconfirm the gender for us . I would highly recommend BabyVue to everyone who is pregnant. I felt very comfortable with her. It's a quick and easy experience. I would have loved to give them 5 stars because I am true believer in this company but the girl behind the front desk did not give me a great first impression. When I walk into a company I want to be greeted in a way where I feel they are happy to see me. I mean, that person is the face of the company at that point, and with Thermascan being kind of the "underdog" of breast exams, I think a more upbeat, "alive" greeting would have been great! I was already feeling a bit vulnerable, always a little nerve wrecking waiting on results and such. I can't be the only one, right?!:) Maybe I expect more since I myself work behind a desk of a company and I make sure every single person that walks in that door is going to want to come back. My expectations may be high :). You're the first person everyone sees, put on a smile, spread a little joy I will be back, every year. Save the tatas ladies and check this place out! The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful. Aside from one odd experience I had where the M.A. accused me of making the wrong appointment-- I didn't, it turned out the person at the front desk was new and it was her error--and was super rude to me, I have nothing but great experiences with this office! I would recommend them to anyone, and have already referred several people there who have had equally great experiences.

Everyone was kind, professional and patient The 45 minute drive was worth it!…read more When I scheduled my appointment, I told them that I am claustrophobic and confirmed that their MRI machine was an opened one. My doctor also prescribed me Valium for this anxiety. I do not drink or smoke so I had my mother drive me because of possible side effects from taking Valium for the first time in my life. The MRI was EXTREMELY LOUD the entire time! They let me wear earplugs, a headset and an eye mask. They cranked up the music for me too. I HIGHLY recommend wearing an eye mask! Again, the MRI was EXTREMELY LOUD! The techs were kind and spoke to me during the process (asked me if I was good, volume of the music, time remaining, etc) The MRI center in Auburn Hills was fantastic! ps: Valium did nothing for me, lol. My anxiety was super high or the dosage was too low or it was the combination of both because I did not feel any different taking it. (Before, during or after the MRI)

In-and-out for mammogram on a Saturday afternoon within 30 minutes…read more The check in process was quick they took me back to the gowning area I was waiting for maybe 3 and a 1/2 minutes before they called me back for my mammogram which took an excruciating 4 and a 1/2 minutes. All the nurses were very pleasant who i dealt with even the one smashing my breasts between 2 plastic plates , she was very amiable. I hate usually scheduled my mammograms at the Royal Oak Beaumont because it's near work but that would take me an hour or more so now my new thing is to go to trade Beaumont on a Saturday morning/afternoon.

Setting up the appointment was easy and I was surprised how fast I could get in. The building is easy to spot from Squirrel road and their suite is on the second floor - 201. The lobby area is very nice and modern with an airy and trendy type feel. I was greeted right away and brought back to be checked-in. The check-in process went quickly and I was brought back to a waiting/changing area. Lockers were provided to put your belongings in but the key to the locks were a master lock for all the lockers. Therefore, I gave my stuff to my husband to hold onto for safe keeping. There were about 4 changing rooms and lots of magazines to browse through while waiting for the tech. A TV would have been nice to include in the waiting area. A restroom was provided near the waiting room area. I waited about 10-15 mins before a tech came to get me and bring me back to the ultrasound room. She was friendly and communicated well about what she was going to do for the procedure. I felt comfortable. No check-out process and the tech told me that a report would be generated to my doctor within the next day. I would recommend if you need an ultrasound!

I had to have two tests and they scheduled them on the same day. The tech for my mammogram, Jennifer Cornell, was astounding. She made me feel comfortable, not so embarrassed, and her personality and professionalism gave me confidence that her mammogram would be perfect! They use heavy fabric gowns that cover and protect your modesty. I recognize that this increases cost, but well worth the expenditure. I will never use one of those thin paper see-through gowns again! I was also impressed with my ultra sound tech, who was patient and professional, and spent time educating me about the process.

Was told at my app't my insurance was inactive & they refused to call insurance (but it was active) so I had to leave which was a wasted trip for me. Called them to say it is active and went around & around with them. They said billing says my insurance won't pay them. My insurance said billing was angry when they called them to say yes they pay. Always very long wait times. Wrong med ordered for me. Whatever pharmacy or insurance tells me about contacting them the office tells me the opposite.
