EXCELLENTE SERVICE: My carpet need it some cleaning and at the same time I used a powder from Glade that was intended to get a great smell to my carpet, as soon as I used this powder my wife and I got an allergic reaction on our skin, all night I had to heard my wife "WHY DID YOU USE THAT POWDER" I needed a quick solution at 9:30pm, I looked online for carpet cleaning and I usually go by reviews, let me tell you no wonder why this company have GREAT reviews! I called an got my call answer by the owner ROB, I ask him for a carpet cleaning he was very good giving information about services and prices estimates, I told him if he could get the next day in morning and he told me he was BOOKED and offer me the following day, I explain him he urgency of the allergy situation, Most like it, any other company would told me, SORRY, WE CAN'T DO IT!, Rob told me to hold for less than 1 minute and told me that he was going to postpone another job and be in my house at 12pm. He follow up with me at 9am and was there ON TIME, IM GOING TO RUN OUT OF SPACE ON THIS REVIEW..! EXCELLENT JOB. he explained and offer several plans and prices, he was very Professional and detail while doing the job, Like he said on hes slogan "HE DOES NOT CUT CORNERS, HE CLEANS THEM" I will use him again for any job that I will need and recommend to friends or any one that I heard they need a carpet cleaning. I first contacted 3-D carpet cleaning shortly after having been ripped-off by another company. I had the sense after meeting Rob, the owner, that he was very professional and took pride in his business. He took the time to explain things to me, and then got to work. Long before the work was done I was impressed with the improvements that were made to my marble tiles. He finished the job, and then recommended that I use his services every three months at a nominal fee for maintenance. After he left, I noticed swirl marks on my tiles which he came back twice at no charge to fix. Yet a third time he came back to go over an area that I was not satisfied with, but this time I was charged the maintenance fee. He basically explained that the maintenance visits were for the purpose of further improving the tiles, that the work he initially had done was not designed to yield complete results. I am OK with spending the extra money as I know that tile restoration can be quite pricey. I wish, however, he explained this to me from the get go. Having said this, I got my money's worth if not more so. I plan on using his services in the future. read more

The people I had used for years retired and I am thrilled I found Rob and Nathan. My home is wall to wall Berber carpet and it now looks brand new! Berber carpet isn't cleaned with the same solution as normal carpets and I found it amazing how many carpet cleaning companies don't have a clue! Rob called when they were on the way and when they arrived they went right to work. They cleaned up against the molding, took a wand under the beds and got into corners I wasn't even concerned with, and then sanitized it. My neighbor was so impressed that she hired them to clean her carpets! I researched many companies before selecting Rob. Funny thing was that I knew when I hung up from my initial call that it was going to be a good experience. I recently had my area rug cleaned by Rob, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, Rob was incredibly efficient and communicative, giving me a very reasonable quote for the cleaning. He took the time to ensure that every inch of my rug was thoroughly cleaned, which was especially important since I have a golden retriever. We recently bought a new home that had years of dog hair and dust everywhere. We called on Rob of 3-D carpet cleaning to sanitize the entire house, from top to bottom. Curtains, area rugs, all the tile and grout in the whole house, the air ducts and the bathrooms. After 8 hours of hard work, it was like a brand new home. 3D Carpet Cleaners provides a professional and knowledgeable service. Robert Rettig is extremely reliable and courteous. I know that Stanley Steamers is a popular company, but they are nothing compared to 3D. My couches and chair were donated to me and they were only sheet worthy. I didn't let my children sit on them because they were filthy. I was grateful to have the furniture but they really NEEDED a deep cleaning. Robert not only cleaned them, but he sanitized them also. I don't usually post reviews, but this one is a must! I had my carpet cleaned and steamed on Saturday before Father's Day. Rob and Dylan did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! The carpet looks brand new(I've been in this apartment for 3 years and have 2 dogs). It didn't take forever to dry and it smelled great! Very professional and thorough. He would go over what he was doing next, and sent some pictures of the process to my phone. He even put back the vent grill that my husband was too lazy to do! The price? Had them come out to clean some carpets and stairs in a rental property that we own. They were able to come out the very next day of calling for an appointment. I've been using 3D Carpet cleaning for a few years now. They've cleaned my rugs, tile and grout, and most recently,..came to clean up after my half hazard attempt of drying my floors and carpet); I absent mindedly left the bathroom sink running and the next thing I knew, I was ankle deep in water. I'm a little on the picky side. I l live in an apartment with wall to wall, pale cream carpet, and I have pets. Needless to say the carpet gets pretty grubby.
