It's such a pleasure for me to take a moment to write a review for 3-D carpet cleaner! I'm renting a beautiful home and there was a very expensive carpet and of course as Murphy's Law would have it my Siberian Husky mistook it for a place to relieve himself! It's a very expensive carpet so I wasn't really sure what to do and thought to immediately go to yelp and find the best possible carpet cleaner I could find. I got about 11 different proposals from local companies. This was a Saturday night at midnight, and Robert actually texted me right away and then took my phone call at midnight on a Saturday night to explain to me in detail the process in which he would handle taking care of my problem. We made an arrangement for him to pick up the carpet on Monday and as promised to deliver promptly back by Wednesday. The carpet looks good as new! Although the service was exceptional what impressed me even more was the personal warmth and kindness that Robert expressed to me in all of our communications. He was great with texting me and phone calls showed up right on time as promised. Gave me a very competitive price that was 50% lower than another yelp company. Robert is very knowledgeable as he has many many years in the industry and I certainly would not trust anyone else other than his company to handle expensive delicate carpets. He has great honesty, integrity, is respectful and extremely sharp and intelligent and totally trustworthy. I can't give him enough praise! He certainly helped lower my stress level, and probably saved me about $500 of in not having to replace that carpet! I was searching for a company to restore carpets in a home I'm preparing for MLS listing, thanks to all the glowing reviews on yelp I called 3-D carpet cleaning on 3.28.17 and spoke with Rob who was probably my third or fourth enquiry of the day, and was my last... Rob gave me a quote, which I readily accepted, and might I add; turned out to be a disadvantage to him due to the type of carpet-such requires a higher level of cleaning. However, his being the consummate professional and "man of his word" honored the original quote, and on top of that; washed and vacuum the sliding doors screens and grooves which he threw in for free. My living room and my bedroom rugs are over 200 square feet when added together. I called 3 other places before calling 3D Carpet Cleaning and all they did was to tell me how much they thought it'd be to clean my rugs, without really seeing them, but not 3D Carpet Cleaning. As soon as I called 3D, Rob, who is also the owner, answered the phone himself and offered to come over to my home to give me a quote free of charge, and stated that he would be ready to do the work on site in the very same day if I accepted his price. He charged me half of the price the other companies were charging and left my rugs like new. Both rugs had pet waste stains and had never been professionally cleaned. I feel blessed for finding Rob and his company. Besides doing an amazing job, he is polite, punctual, does not make a mess or leaves a mess behind, and he knows rug materials, being able to make proper professional cleaning suggestions. In fact, after he resolved our mold issue we used him to continue changing out the floor in our rental unit.
