Truly upset- seen good ratings and scheduled service. Was given a 2 hour window and someone would reach out when they are on their way. End of appointment window comes around and I follow up requesting an ETA and was told nobody was going to show. I was told the driver supposedly called and texted to confirm and I had no missed calls or texts. A screenshot was sent to me of the time the driver called but not duration of call. Anyone can call and hang up quick enough for it not to go through. I was also told they texted me. I requested proof of the text and never received it. Overall wasted my time to empty out my entire living and dining room with little kids in the home and a no show occurred. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. You have my address and asked the same question before for the apartment number in which I already responded my address is the apartment. So clearly you do not take pride in your communication and yea I have cancelled in advance my prior appointments due to my kids and my work schedule interfering last minute but I had the decency to advise you all. Robert (the owner) spent a considerable amount of time educating me on the various processes available and made recommendations based upon the age of my home and it's condition. The process was exactly as he described, I got photos of my ductwork before, during and after. Since this house was built in the 70s had at least one heavy smoker owner and I've done considerable remodeling there was a plethora of dust, dirt, and grime to clean out. Ironically a few weeks after the cleaning my system stopped working and Robert came out to check if something they did had caused a problem. While he's no an HVAC guy not only was he able to identify some issues he actually got it on again while I waited for my HVAC maintenance company to come and repair it properly. Rob did an absolutely spectacular job! When I called him about cleaning my large area rug, suede microfiber couch, and brocade dining room chairs, I was afraid they might not be able to be "saved." They had been left in my mom's home (after she passed away) with the belief that the woman living there would take care of them. Instead, she apparently allowed her 8-, 3- and 2-year girls to do whatever they wanted! There was dirt, food, GLUE drippings, and magic marker scribblings all over the couch and magic marker drawings, paint, food, and a lot of dirt on the chairs. Plus, the rug was filled with dirt and sand. In other words, everything was dirty and disgusting! What a mess! But when Rob arrived, he assured me he was up to the challenge! He is extremely easy-going and personable and immediately made me feel at ease. It took a lot of time, effort, and elbow grease, but the couch and carpet look phenomenal - practically brand new. Amazingly, all the stains - including some black goo dripped on the top of the couch - are now gone! I wish I could say Rob was able to completely restore all of the chairs - they are beautifully clean - but the kids used a permanent marker and paint which soaked into the fabric. As much of a miracle worker as Rob definitely is, he was sad to say he couldn't get a few of those stains out, but I know he truly tried. No one could have worked harder or done a better job at a better price! I highly recommend Rob for all your furniture upholstery, carpet, and rug cleaning needs! I reached out to 3D on a Friday hoping to have my carpet cleaned prior to my Saturday afternoon move in, and 3D came through! Robert was great to deal with. Professional, prompt, and courteous. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice and sent out Trevor to complete the job. Trevor is awesome. He was able to knock that odor right out. The carpet looked amazing after he was done and he was fast. Not to say he rushed because the carpet is clean beyond what I expected given the condition it was in to start. Bait and switch pricing. Quoted $95 flat rate for a 9x11 rug (see pic). No fiber questions asked when obtaining the quote. Tech comes out and charges $100, citing that we got a really good deal, as this should have cost $160. Turns out, my rug is actually smaller than that for which I got the quote, at 8x10. Giving the owner an opportunity to cure the issue, he further tells me how lucky I am that they only charged me $5 more than the quote. He states they normally charge $1.50/sf for rugs that have jute in them. When I questioned why the tech stated $2/sf, and now the owner says $1.50/sf, he turned again. He continued to patronize me with "you've taught me a lesson here, to be more detailed in the information I provide". Bottom line here, these folks can't be trusted with honoring their "quotes", nor can they be trusted to handle it professionally on the back end. read more

I always get worried because they are right in that the rugs always look worse right after the cleaning. Even though they hate the vacuum, they were at ease with Brad so when he whipped out a vacuum house that spanned the entire house they were minimally disturbed.
