I've had two jobs done at 3D within the last few weeks, because I've FINALLY found an electronics repair tech who: A) is experienced in ALL facets of electronics; B) wants to repair instead of replace; C) is as honest as anybody can possibly be; C) LOVES their work; D) takes pride in getting things right; D) is accurate and reliable for estimates of both time and money; and most importantly, E) owns the business, so is directly invested in creating satisfied customers/return business. I've been hesitant to get some things fixed the last few years, because the chains (and a lot of the storefront shop[s) have been some combination of incompetent, inexperienced, and dishonest. 3D is the total opposite of that in every regard. Francisco exceeded my expectations. In years past I had tried a another electronics shop to fix one of my 1980's VSX Pioneer receivers. In a nutshell, they took the diagnostic fee but could not or did not get it fixed. For 3D I have already brought him a (10 year old) Sub and some older receivers in to fix, and Francisco nailed it. Everything works great, he was quick and responsive, and you can tell he knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to bring him any of my electronics n the future for him to repair. I have taken orders here for years and Franchesco never fails neither in repair nor price. 1-Old tube radios: fixed them multiple time and made shortwave working again. 2-Iphone 6: totally broken. Made it new. Price very little. 3-TENs units:Broken. fixed it I have thrown every electronic challenge at him and he comes out clean and upfront tells you may or may not work. It is difficult to find a good TV repair service these days but these guys know their business, they are reasonable and in my experience they are honest. I was referred to them by a family member who has used them commercially for more complex electronics repairs. On visiting their shop I learned they also repair lap top computers and cell phones. When that need arises, I now know where I will go. I recommend these guys for all electronics repair needs. read more

I needed to have a memory stick repaired. It was a simple repair, requiring reattaching one of the pins that broke off. I contacted several different stores, both small and large, and all told me I had to spend several hundred dollars for data recovery. 3D Electronics repaired the device in about 15 minutes and charged an extremely reasonable price. I took my Panasonic DVD player in to 3D Electronics as it had an error code and would only work for a few minutes before auto shut down. Francisco was able to determine that it merely needed to be cleaned and did so on a very timely basis. I took it in on a Saturday afternoon and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. I just had my phillips 52 inch LCD tv repaired by 3d electronics and am very satisfied with their work. I had them repair my roland spd s drum machine a few months ago as well.. Brought a sub-woofer and a plate amp in. Francisco trouble shot both. Determined the fix for the sub and noted nothing wrong with the plate amp. Explained how to check the plate amp components to determine what might be wrong. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest , and fair. read more
