I had the best experience at 3D Maternity Imaging! If you're hesitant about going, like I had been, I would highly recommend that you definitely go. It is so worth it!! My baby was asleep with his arms in front of his face for my first appointment so I was able to come back a second time to try again. The technician is so warm and considerate and treated me and my family with such kindness. The viewing room is very large and comfortable. I was off to one side which offered more privacy and my family was able to sit on a large couch and watch everything on a flat screen television. I had such a good experience and walked away with photos, a DVD video, and a stuffed animal that has my baby's heartbeat in it!! I will always remember my experience here! read more

Initially excited to get my 3D scan to see baby. Of course I know that sometimes babies do not cooperate and the position may not be best to get quality scan. I paid for the mommy matinee however I did not have enough fluids on top of an anterior placenta, I did not get the best photos. Technician offered for me to come back in a few days for repeat scan, and she would provide photos for both days. Came back for repeat scan however this time baby was fully turned with back towards us. Tech Gave up pretty quickly and let me try to move around to see if baby moves. Baby did not move and scan was over. Tech informed me that I would have to wait for email of my pictures due to no printing paper(was not informed of this initially). I Agreeed. However after about an hours time, still no email. I called tech to ask about email and she said there was an emergency and I should get an email this evening. This was very unprofessional for the amount of money spent for scan to feel like I came out with NOTHING! read more

first visit was good until i went for a second visit and baby was positioned where we couldn't really see her was told i can come a second time free of charge and never recieved the pics:) i have asked the sonogram tech to send them over multiple times and never recieved the pics for me to go over there a second time basically for no reason is annoying mind you i live about 45 minutes away! read more

I had an amazing experience here yesterday. Was completely freaking out because I'm only 14weeks and 3days with twins and already have my gender reveal party planned for this Sunday so was worried we wouldn't see the sex of the baby and would have to cancel the party but Iris the technician was AMAZING. Talked and walked me thru the whole sonogram telling me what the babies were doing. She was able to see the gender of Both babies and was also so sweet, talking to the babies like they were here own. I don't normally post but felt inclined to after a very frustrating morning. I had a 9am apt. that I was very much looking forward to after reading wonderful reviews. It was a bit of a trek to take my 3 year old son with me, (about 40 minutes) but we were there promptly at 9am to find the doors locked. At about 9:20 or so, the woman working at 3D Maternity Imaging spotted us as she came into the lobby where I waited with my son. She asked if anyone had called me - and no, I was not given a courtesy call about her being late. Things happen and I understood. The office was lovely and I was hoping to move past the waiting. After paying first, it was time for the sonogram that I had been so excited about. After re-starting the computer to finally get to the sonogram, it was not working and determined that it needed to be fixed. By this point I was beyond aggravated. It was not the technician's fault that it wasn't working, but it didn't make me any less disappointed and frustrated that my morning was wasted. She offered for me to come back and refunded my money, but nevertheless it was not a good experience. read more

Cannot stress enough how in love I am with how my images came out. Especially with my baby being shy and breached. I loved every second of my visit. This is definitely a place to visit. It was cozy, professional and such a beautiful experience. An Experience you can share with family and loved ones with such a beautiful set up of the viewing room and convenient tv monitor for you and your loved ones to share tears of joy ! read more

If I can give this place 10 stars, I would! That's how happy I am with their service. I went there the first time at really late hours because we were stuck in traffic for 2 hours coming in from Brooklyn, but Iris and Carlos were so patient, did not complain, even call to make sure we park in the back of the building because the front was locked. Iris is the technician and she was so patient and professional and super sweet. My baby was in a C position where his legs and feet were covering his face, so after about half hour of trying, we just couldn't get a good picture. They told us to come back in a week or two and we will try again! We did, after 2 weeks, so first session, again, baby is camera shy, wouldn't show his face at all! I was getting very frustrated but really don't want to have to come back again. Iris suggested we go grab something to drink and take a walk around the property and come back in 20 minutes. We did just that, and then during the 2nd session this time around, took some jiggling and moving around, baby finally let his cute chubby face be seen! We were able to get some decent pictures of the baby and left at around 9 pm. I'm extremely satisfy with this place, the office is very clean, spacious and inviting, did I mention the people there are super nice?!! I would tell all of mommy to be's to come here for the maternity scan, you won't be disappointed. I'm so glad I found this place. Also I'm so impressed with the DVD and CD I got as part of the package, I was able to show my family the videos at home and they all really enjoyed the show. read more

One of the greatest experiences I have ever had at ANY business establishment. To begin with, the office is very pretty and clean. Everything is in pristine shape and feels new. Since I am in school full time, I asked if they would accommodate on a Sunday (when they are closed), they immediately agreed and told us to call ten minutes before we arrive. We got there and were seen to in seconds. We filled out a very quick questionnaire including if we would like to know the gender and if we have had a sonogram in the past. Upon completion, we were immediately seen into the sonogram room. The technician was very courteous and made us feel right at home. We purchased the mommy matinee package and have cherished every item. I am in love with the heartbeat bear and we watch the dvd constantly. This is one of the most exciting things we have done in our pregnancy and I am very proud to say that I used 3D Maternity. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. We will absolutely be back in the future. read more
