This location is always busy but they go by appointment. The staff is friendly, helpful & very professional! The quality of care & experience shows with their personal one on one care that they exude. I've had many tests conducted at this location & it never disappoints as it's clean, close to work & the staff is always helpful! They make you feel at ease & gives you the attention you require! The online portal is also easy & convenient for uploading the docs, filling out paperwork before you arrive & viewing your report results! I've used it many times to show my PCP the results of the office didn't get it. read more

Aside from the unprofessional encounter with the desk clerk, everything is always great and respectful. I had a very bad experience with the young clerk while checking in on my visit on April 18,2025. Coming in for a sensitive,stressful,and already overwhelming test I was greeted with aggressive dialogue by this young lady insisting I had a past due balance of $15 co pay. I requested to be billed but she nonetheless stated that it was past due. I restated to her that I would wait for the bill invoice to be mailed to my home. My understanding is to come to the desk to show proof of my insurance card and alert that I had arrived. I had pre registered online prior to my appointment time. I wasn't aware that she worked for the collection department or payment processing department. This action is unprofessional. I also didnt know that this was common practice and protocol. It has never happened before in all my years visiting this location. NEVER!Business Behavior should maintain courtesy and respect at all times. I feel that is a sensitive issue that should not be addressed while a patient is coming in for an already stressful and sensitive procedure. Overall I love Zwangers services and would not go anywhere else for my tests. The staff is very attentive and their work ethics is very satisfactory. The nurses and techs and doctors are very polite and helpful. read more

I had to come here on Thursday for an X-ray and was sent by Dr. Eddison Andrew from next door. I walked in a bit confused by all of the signs but the very nice male receptionist welcomed me and helped me right away. I handed him the referral, gave him my ID and insurance card. He handed me a tablet so I can register, which went smoother than I anticipated (I'm not very tech savvy). I gave him the tablet back and found a seat anticipating a long wait because there were quite a few people already waiting AND after I sat down at least 6 more people came inside and waited on line. But after only about 10 minutes the male X-ray technician called my name.I was surprised and a little shocked, I immediately jumped up (ouch) and began my slow but steady hobble towards the technician. This young man was so kind, funny and very efficient .......I was finished in under 10 minutes. I did choose to wait for the X-ray results which only took about 15 minutes and then on my way back to the Doctor. However, I did have to come back after calling around 15 Orthopedic Specialists for an appointment. I finally found one and had to come back for the X-ray disc. When I cane in this time the very nice female receptionist helped me after I explained why I needed the X-ray disc. She took my info and said give me 5 minutes. I did sit there for about 15 minutes then went up and asked her how much longer......she jumped up, retrieved the disc and placed it in a cardboard jacket for me. I highly recommend this Radiologist office, they are very kind, helpful, quick and very efficient. read more

The receptionist was amazing at helping me make an apt for my mother. She was friendly, patient and helpful. When I arrived, the man at the front desk was as nice. I had to come with my kids, he provided them color books and crayon to distract them and help me feel welcome. The procedure took 15 mins top. The best experience!!! read more

Visited this new Five Towns location this past week for an MRI. I was greeted by extremely friendly staff and was given an iPad to register for my appointment. After my registration, the gentleman at the front desk escorted me to the MRI imaging waiting area where I was greeted almost immediately by the person who'd be doing my MRI. I quickly changed in a separate dressing room and was given a bag to put my things in. Afterwards, I placed my items in a secure locker and was taken to the MRI room. She gave me clear instructions and then asked me - what kind of music do you like? They have Pandora and you can choose the genre of music you'd like to hear while the machine clanks and jangles to get images of your innards. The test was relatively quick and I was sent on my merry way. Results were up in my patient portal within 24 hours! That's fantastic, especially when you're trying to nail down what's wrong and may need additional tests. Parking is available - plenty of it. This Zwanger is located in the same lot as Costco (you can't miss it - except, I did because of road construction going on. Oops!). read more

The most incompetent practice ever. I would give this negative infinity stars if this were an option. Do not go here. Who knows if they are even licensed. The front office staff treat you like a number. A family member was informed he may have a terminal condition and unfortunately went with these clowns for an MRI to find they never sent the report to the doctor for review. I just spoke to Roseanne because I have to get a MRI done on my neck area and she was great. I have a spinal cord stimulator that has to be off to have this procedure but she assured me that they would that everything will be fine cause they have done procedures like this many times. Had to have a referral to here from my dr and I get there with my bladder full and I'm waiting now for quite some time mind you I just had my second c section in January so there is no bladder lol but long story short 3 other women came in way after me and were seen immediately also I went up to the desk twice and told them I had to use the bathroom then they want me to drink more water and wait when all they had to do was go in order in the first place. I won't even be rescheduling with any Zwanger-Pesiri ever because of the service I got here and I'm not going to pull the race card but hey let's face it it is what it is in these days and times read more

This place is unreal! They do not read and they are a complete waste of time. I made an appointment, arrived on time as recommended, waited over 30 minutes and undressed, only to find that they did not offer the prescribed exam. Mind you, I read the prescription when I made the appointment AND presented the prescription when I checked in. Don't worry tho.. they were very sorry. As luck would have it, all the managers were gone for the day and no one could assist with this "unfortunate circumstance." Find another imaging place. read more

Unfortunately, I have had to have several CAT SCANS and MRI's in the past few years. I had been directed to different facilities.... and I followed directions. Then, someone suggested Zwanger which is near my home. I called the doctor to make sure I could go there.... since Zwanger is not in their system. The doctor said 'no problem'. Since then... almost 2 years, I have not gone to any other place! From the minute you walk in, they guide you thru every step. Thinking of Zwanger you have to have your head examined first. Waiting SIX DAYS for a radiologist to 'read' my MRI. Portal is worthless when status continues to state "MRI pending. It is being read by a radiologist. Results available in future". Their customer relations suck too. read more
