Scott responded very quickly to any text or email I sent him. He arrived when he said he would. He thoroughly assessed my house's heating and cooling requirements and discussed all the options. I asked a lot of detailed questions and Scott had every answer immediately. He worked with me to site the outside unit where it would be least obtrusive and knew off the top of his head just how much sound it would make in dB. The installation went smoothly despite torrential rain on the first day. Scott and his team were well prepared, setting up a canopy under which they built a base for the outside unit. The electrician had to run the new power line for the heat pump a long way through my basement's finished ceiling, and the only evidence of that difficult task is an inconspicuous access panel the size of a outlet in the ceiling.
