He picked up but you can tell he was moving from job site to job site. He squeezed in a visit to our home that same day in the early afternoon. Daigle was not hired by us. He came through our builder but we feel that the best part of Warren and his team are their responsiveness. If and when something needs to be tweaked with the new build he is no more than a few hours away to make adjustments. Take the time to speak with Warren about what your are looking to accomplish and let him quote out the project. He stands behind his products and work which is not the case for all plumbers.

Installed a brand new AC around $20k less than a year ago and it broke in the middle of the summer…read more Their technician told me he didn't know what was the problem, waited 2 hours on the phone with BOSCH and said it was a power surge that broke the board and now I have no AC for 11 days so far. They are waiting on the part from oversees and claim that the power surge was the problem, even though I have everything else in my house didn't burn with a "power surge". Not to mention that the technician that installed the board took over 4 hours to install claiming he did not know how to install it. Additionally, when they performed the work in my basement, their employee went outside the house and inside without using boots protection and made my basement all dirty and stained. I called to complain and Jerry (sales man) said it was a easy fix to clean with a $50 vapor vac. DAIGLE do not know how to resolve issues. If you are using them, be aware.
