I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. After my last visit, I noticed that the polish started peeling almost immediately. When I returned to have it fixed, I was told to come back the next day. However, when I called to confirm the appointment, I discovered I had been blocked without any explanation. Using a different number, I managed to get through and was given an appointment. Upon arrival, I was told in front of other customers that they would no longer provide services to me, stating that I was "too picky" and "hard to please." This public rejection was not only embarrassing but also incredibly unprofessional. All I ever requested was for the acrylic to be applied properly near the cuticle area--a basic and reasonable expectation. I never complained after services or asked for fixes unless there was an obvious issue. When I asked why I was blocked, Cameron told me that it was the "first and easiest way" to not accept me anymore because they were "uncomfortable." This approach felt dismissive and unprofessional. I'm sharing pictures of my nails so you can see this is not about being "picky"--it's about expecting basic quality and professionalism. I strongly advise others: don't waste your money and time here. They may treat you well initially, but one day, without any valid reason or notice, they might refuse you service in front of everyone. No loyal customer deserves to be treated this way. read more

My nail lady left my old salon so I was in a crunch to find a new place. I searched google for HOURS before I stumbled upon this gem. I always get worried when going to a new nail place because that can be a NIGHTMARE. However, as soon as we walked into 3D the atmosphere was so friendly & comforting. They really make it a point to get to know you instead of just seeing you as dollar signs. I got a dip full set (short) with coffin shape & a plus spa pedicure. I'm a pedicure woman & anybody that does pedicures is a super hero... that pedicure was amazing & the massage chair I sat in got rid of my headache. My nails also look AMAZING & are EXACTLY what I asked for. Long story short - Lynn, Kevin, & the rest of the gang make this place great! It's so beautiful, welcoming, inviting, & they actually interact with you while making you pretty *gasp*. My mother & I will most definitely be coming back. read more

I've been going to many different nail and lash salons and I live in Parker And I have found a fabulous nail and lash salon. Kevin and his wife are the owners and they have an amazing staff. They all do great work are meticulous and are very customer service oriented. I also have been getting my eyelashes with Jenny who is amazing. I've never had someone clean my eyelashes before she put the new ones on and she is so professional my eyelashes have never felt better. I went to this place for microblading. I was nervous about what the results might be, but I am happy to report that Jay did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I will be going to him again. But the thing that sets this salon apart from the rest was the customer service I received. Thi at the front desk went above and beyond to solve the issue I had with my credit card, advocating for me with third parties over the course of days and following up with me multiple times to make sure things got done right. My daughter and I just finished getting mani-pedis for the first time at Lash Studio and Nails on Lincoln. We were greeted warmly and, even though we did not have appointments, the staff immediately began to help. The studio was not busy (we arrived at 1:45 pm on a Thursday), so we had two people working on us at all times. They were very attentive to our needs. For example, I had major back surgery last month and they made sure I wasn't twisting or lifting my legs uncomfortably. Clean, professional, and nice. We will return. read more

This business is very professional. We had a party of 5 with full sets, gel polish, manicures and pedicures. We were able to get booked on short notice and they even stayed late to accommodate our party! We had complicated requests and they were kind about making our vision come to light. I've been coming to this nail salon religiously for about a year now and they always do a phenomenal job. I get my pedicure and my acrylic sets. Usually Kimmy is the one who does my acrylics and she's fast and efficient. I have grown my natural nails out instead of using tips and she makes sure to take care of them. Came here for the first time today and I know this will be my new go-to spot! Everyone was so kind and Tiffany did an amazing job on my manicure/pedicure. I had a way better experience here than other places I've been to, where the fumes are strong, the multiple giant TVs are distracting, and I feel like the process is rushed. Not here! I started at their original location and have come to this one from time to time. Very friendly staff and very clean. They have ombré dipping powder which is amazing ! Plus a huge selection of colors/ new technologies. They have many services including eye lash extensions, waxing, etc. only places I get my nails are owned by same people. This is a brand new lash & nail studio owned by the same owner of Bar Nail in Castle Rock. Its a beautiful salon with brand new equipment, same quality customer service!
