Found this place because of a good friend! They're quite busy everyday. It's better to call and make an appointment, especially if you want Tony to work on your nail designs. My first time going there, I showed him pictures of how I wanted my nails to look and he delivered! He is a rock star!

I came here since it was so close to my house and I was looking for a simple & quick regular polish mani. I stopped by around 5p and they were so busy! I am thankful that they still took me as a walk-in, but l felt that the quality of the manicure was lacking. The polish was streaky, which was extremely noticeable on my pinky. I was a little bummed, but I did appreciate them still taking me despite how busy they were. I would come again if I'm looking for something quick and temporary.

I made an Appt for my daughter and I, waited a long time for service. Another lady comes in 20 mins after us and two nail ladies rush to do her pedicure and manicure at the same time . I guess we were not important. We left. I think that was terrible. We got there first and made an Appt. I'll never go there again. read more

Hubs and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Nails were well done, service was great. The star knock off was due to the fact that we had 6pm appointments and we were seated at 630 but the work was good, the ladies took their time and the color was put on nicely for me. Went to 3D nails again tonight, again leaving extremely happy with my nails :)!! sad part about tonight is I witnessed a women try and pay with someone elses card :/ because they didnt allow it she wrote a bad review about this amazing place with wonderful people who work there. 3D nails is a place you will continue to return to once youve tried it out. The lady cut me on both of my hands ! Where it actually drew blood ! I use my husband bank card and I haven't switched my name over yet and they won't let me leave until he comes down and signs the receipt... what a joke I showed him proof and he still didn't believe me I get it for security reasons but come on ur a nail salon not a dam check in advance place ! Honestly hands down the worst experience my friend could have ever had at this shop! She was so upset that she couldn't even bring herself to write this review, what can said about this 3D nails aside from the overcrowded room is the aggressive service that can be expected from the workers! Not only did they hurt her while taking off the Acrylics but they told her what she wanted even after saying "no, I want this!". They will be losing our business for sure! Work on your customer service experience instead of trying to process your clients like cattle! read more

I found this nail shop in yelp and I am so glad I tried them out. Based on the reviews I read I asked for an appointment with Tony. I'm not gonna lie, when I saw how fast he worked I started to worry a little about how my set would turn out. But he kept asking me if I was happy with everything as he went along and he made sure to achieve the look I wanted. He does work fast but it's because he knows what he is doing! I don't think I will go to any other shops after this experience. The shop is neat and clean and everyone is really friendly. I also got a pedicure by Lynn who did an excellent job on my poor feet that are in steel toe boots 7 days a week. Totally satisfied customer here. I found my new nail shop. read more

It's always busy which is a good thing for business , but sucks if you break a nail and just want to walk in . Appointments definitely need to be made . Pedicures are always excellent and cheap but for full sets / fills definitely ONLY Tony can do it right . . He's constantly correcting . Lynn as well she does excellent designing .. she was the only employee that was kept when the new management switched over . read more

I have been coming here for months to get sets and refills because it so close to my house, but I won't be coming anymore due to the fact that I notice that the owners (don) charges whatever they want and try to get away with it if you don't say anything. And honestly they don't do that great of job. read more

I really love this nail place, and would highly recommend. I don't live in Cypress anymore, but will take that 45 min drive just to get my nails done here. Good quality and customer service. Tony is amazing when it comes to my nails on how he does not rush and always shapes them beautiful. I had gone a few times and had decent service for a low price nail salon. But the last time I went was terrible service and does not take the time to do a nice job. My nail technician didn't even know who I was when I saw her 3 Times prior. My nail technician did not fully remove the polish from my last nails and painted over it, but you could still see the dark color underneath. I brought my friend with me and she left with a nail fungus. That drew the line. Never coming back or risking a fungus!! Gross. Her nail service didn't even look good. Never coming back. read more

I'd been here a few times but wasn't really a regular but after seeing and wanting some nail art for a while I knew I had to come here to get my nails done for my birthday. I had an appointment with Tony and my nails are going on four weeks now and I'm still getting compliments! I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with gel polish and Tony put rhinestone designs on 3 nails on each hand. First two photos are the day of and last photo is about 4 weeks after! On top of my nails looking beautiful their customer service is always great, prices are VERY reasonable, and Tony was able to get me in and out pretty fast without being rushed! I would definitely make an appointment if you want to be seen without waiting or try and come on a weekday. If I could change one thing it'd probably be that I wish he'd taken a little more care of my cuticles and the skin around the nail bed. Nonetheless I'm still gonna continue to come back! read more

We have been here a few times now and are happy return customers. All staff is friendly and take good care of your needs (i.e. keeping their eyes on their work rather than obviously talking about their guests). We have had pedicures and a manicure but no gel or full set or anything fancy. Very clean, easy to schedule with, prices appear fair for service provided. We'll keep coming back! read more

Everyone here is amiable. The quality of the work, selection and infinite possibilities of ideas is great! I drive from chino hills just for my nails because this is by far the highest quality work. They have hand sanitizer right by the entrance and a digital check in screen which makes things feel organized and easy. The TVs were playing Indian music videos which adds a little personality without trying too hard. For eyebrow threading, they seat you in one of the four chairs in the main area. They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

I usually don't do reviews but I am disappointed with this place. my 2 sister and myself have been coming here for awhile now but we definitely decided to stop coming here. There is two main reasons why we made this decision. One is that the nail quality are not always good, sometimes your nail come out good other time it's not what I expected yeah they try to fix it but it's not the same. 2nd the owners always charge what they want to just for a fill and an basic nail color. So if you decided to come in call ahead and ask for the price or ask before each time you go or else the will charge you different prices for the same work. read more

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new place nearby to become my new favorite. I was so lucky to find this salon! I've had a full set gel manicure and a gel pedicure, I've been back twice already within a month. They have spa chairs, TVs which usually have a show on and a huge selection of gel nail colors. My most recent visit, I was inspired by their 3d nails Art and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'd definitely recommend this salon! read more

Tony did my gel nails for a wedding i am attending and it looks great! he can do any designs. If you have a design in mind that you want just tell him and he will give it a go ! :) walk in are welcome so you do not need an appointment, but appointment is recommended if you want a specific staff member to do your nails. staffs are friendly... store is clean. to my surprise their restroom is actually really clean so thats a plus ! read more

First time here by a recommendation from a friend and I wasn't disappointed! Staffs are so friendly, and the place is clean! Nice little store this is. The price is good, not expensive like some stores I went to. They have many "cool" display of the different designs. I absolutely 100% love this place. Tony is an artist. He has done such a beautiful job with my nails. I use my hands a lot for work and was a little hesitant for the 3D and rhinestone aspect as things like that never last. His masterpieces have lasted through the worst at work. My first time here yesterday! Love the services and very friendly. The place is clean and the Tony took great care of my nails. I had a coffin shape full set with gel ombre for 35 bucks.
