This was my second time at Lavender Nails & Spa. I was disappointed both times. The first time, I got a gel manicure. My nails looked okay, and they barely lasted one week. When the nails chipped completely, the top layer of my nail came off. The second time I got a regular manicure, and I went to go dry my nails. When I went to go dry them the lights were burned. So instead of using the light, I had to use a fan. The fan created bubbles on my nails, it didn't look great. I went to go eat, and I guess that my thumbs on both hands weren't dry. So, I went back to the Lavender Nails cause I wanted my nails to be fixed. The I told the lady who worked there that it chipped so her and the customers started laughing. Then she said something like "what did you do". So then, a guy that worked there fixed my nail. When he fixed it he moved my hand and it hit the towel. I told him that the side of my nail didn't have nail polish. I told him that then he was like "why?". Then I had to use the fan again and it created bubbles again. I wasn't charged. I would not recommend this place at all. They were very impatient. They also rushed my friends' nails but took a long time to do mine. She didn't even clean her cuticles or put lotion. Eventhough she asked for a manicure. Another reason why I wouldn't recommend this place is because their tables are very dirty, my table had file shavings and fake nails. My friend asked if she can do ombré. But they do half and half and try to blend, but they just give up. They also didn't clean the sponge where they attempted to do her nails. Another reason why I wouldn't recommend doing ombré is because they get the nail polish on your cuticles. Also they don't have many workers, when I went there were only 4 people. They had gotten busy so they had to ask people to come later that day. Also, the lady who did my nails used the same towel that she used for another person. She didn't even wash her hands when she put the lotion. Also they don't have enough supplies for the workers. Each two workers had to share the supplies in the cart. Also it's very dusty inside. Another reason is because she took like 15 minutes to do my nails. The last reason why I wouldn't recommend this place is because there are lots of spider webs and flies everywhere. read more

I had a doctor's appointment nearby and remembered that my coworker had recommended this salon, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The salon is run by the sweetest husband and wife duo. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through the different nail options--Gel X, hybrid gel, acrylic, and dip--explaining the pros and cons of each. Their knowledge and patience really stood out. I ended up choosing a hybrid gel with a pink shimmer cat eye color, and I'm obsessed with how it turned out! The detail and care they put into their work is amazing! Every nail is flawless. On top of that, they offered me Vietnamese iced coffee and even some snacks during my appointment, which made the experience feel so warm and personal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Tuan and Ann are so sweet, professional, and kind. I've been coming here for over a year and they're always consistent. From the moment I walk in, I feel taken care of. They really pay attention to detail and make sure you're happy with everything. My nails always come out exactly how I want--clean and well done. They also make the whole experience really nice--they offer snacks and just make you feel comfortable while you're there. Prices are great for the quality too, which I really appreciate. I had such a great experience at this nail salon! I came in with an inspiration photo for almond-shaped nails, and not only did they match it--they went above and beyond. The new owner, Toan and his wife were incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care about their craft--my nails came out even better than I expected! I went to this place and literally 2 days later I noticed that my finger nail got infected. Most definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. They had dirty towels on the sinks and you can tell that the store itself was not clean. read more

When we walked in, the salon was completely empty and there was only one technician sitting there. I actually had a bad feeling and almost left, but we decided to give it a try. That turned out to be a mistake. I ordered the most expensive pedicure (the deluxe), so I expected good service, or at least something decent. Instead, the massage felt like the technician was just lightly touching my legs instead of actually massaging them. She also ruined the shape of my nails, leaving them rough and sharp. Even worse, she cut my skin, and now my big toe is painful to touch. I'm also concerned about whether the tools were properly disinfected. My daughter's experience was just as disappointing. She got a gel pedicure, but the technician ruined the nail shape and applied the gel poorly. The polish didn't even cover the entire nail. She was so upset that she cried the whole way home. If you're looking for a decent nail salon, I would not recommend this place. This was our first visit and definitely our last.

She responded "Rosa doesn't make me money, she's too slow". I could not believe how rude she was being. Without her techs, she would have no business. Most of the time I come in, someone's getting into it with the owner. She takes zero accountability. She also got upset and was yelling in the middle of the salon about me, which if you ask me is quite unprofessional.
