I hadn't had a pelvic exam in a long time, and because I had surgery for endometriosis many years ago, I was extremely nervous and stressed before this visit. On top of that, my recent periods were unusually painful, so I was even more worried. But the doctor was incredibly thorough and listened carefully to all of my symptoms. She even showed me diagrams of the uterus and explained everything step by step, which made me feel so reassured. During the transvaginal ultrasound, she examined everything in great detail and showed me the screen while explaining what I was seeing. She answered every question I had, and I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process. All the staff members were very kind as well. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend this clinic to others. read more

I came to get a health checkup and was surprised to find that this little clinic was so nice and clean! Also, theres little to no wait times which is very uncommon in healthcare settings. They don't overbook their patients like other offices I've been to. The physician assistant who saw me was very kind, softspoken, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand my concerns and I felt like all my questions were resolved. The people at the front desk were also very helpful with appointment scheduling and giving the forms I needed. I was reading some of the other reviews on here and was confused because as far as I know, there's no late policies or appointment change fees. Also, everything is FREE!!! And NO referrals needed!!!!! If you have Medi-Cal or HMO, you'd know the pain of waiting to see the primary doctor, then wait FOREVER for the referral. Nothing like that here, you just call them and schedule!They offer birth controls, pap smears, STD tests, prenatal care, and basically anything related to women's health. I did a physical here and it was the fastest I've been in and out of a doctor's office. It's basically like Planned Parenthood but better because no wait times and nicer staff. :) I believe to qualify your salary has to be below a certain threshold but it's not low. But if you're a student like me you'd qualify! Really recommend this place and would definitely come back here for future visits! read more

I love that this clinic takes walking-in, last minute appointments and check you for more than just one check up. I do not have to make multiple appointments for different concerns unlike other clinics I have been to. Very friendly and informative about diagnosis. I would definitely recommend. The most unprofessional customer service. The two young hispanic medical assistants are very rude. They are speaking in spanish about their boyfriends. Very personal girls! There are plenty of people in the waiting room that understand your spanish, so save it for "OFF THE CLOCK". Great customer service starts with the front desk! Love this place you get the care you need and the wait doesn't suck like other places. I got my first ultrasound and pregnancy test for my baby here when I had no insurance and it was awesome being able to have that service done when I had no options. This place is a godsend. It's definitely more convenient than planned parenthood, its MUCH faster-- I would wait hours at planned parenthood but here it take thirty minutes tops to get my birth control. They offer green cards for free women's healthcare here as well! A million times better than the always crowded PP. read more

i love this place. the environment is very nice and theres never a lot of people. You get the same services that planned parenthood gives you. if you have insurance they take it, just like planned parenthood. PP just has too many people ALL the time and is mostly full of young kids, so its a little uncomfortable. This place theres little to no wait. The only problem i have with this place is that the Dr. is only there Thursday before noon. So if you need to get any check ups that require a Dr, this is the only day you can do it. read more
