Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH. They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well. They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!

I was able to pick out a beautiful patio pot and he even delivered it to my mother's home. I don't live in the area and it sure was nice to be able to shop the local garden center as if I was actually at the store, and to have them delivered............I will always call 7 mile garden center for any plants/outdoor flowers for my mother. They also had Proven Winners in larger pots for annuals at $7.00. even had a few good sell items. But the selection of light weight pots were almost none. The others were high priced. They have lots of tempting items for the garden and walls but they were much higher than a few years ago. You can blame tariffs but it could be adding to the profit margin more since some are doing that. Not much service and if you pay with a card, extra is charged. I do like supporting local businesses and it is nice to have a smaller footprint garden center but I am glad I was only buying for an apartment balcony.

After speaking to some of his workers, John came to my home to look at what I consider to be a big job, the entire front of my home. He came up with a great plan, drew up plans, all plants and the location of each. I finally received a date of installation. About 3-4+ weeks, the plants began to brown. I called John, informed him of this and told me to water more since it has been a very hot and dry summer. I then watered by hand even more, in addition to the 20 minutes in the am daily by another system installed; this was John's recommendation. Still not a great result. AGAIN, I tried to reach out to John WITHOUT A REPLY. Desperate to not have all plants turn brown and die, I went to English Garden with pictures. They gave me additional ideas to trim and water each plant an entire minute and some have worked out well.; some are doing better, but some are still not doing well AGAIN, I reached out to John! He told me he'd come by to look at the landscaping himself the following week. TWO WEEKS LATER and another call and text from me, he finally arrived.
