The arrangement that arrived was full of lilies which are deadly for pets, despite the sensitive situation. When I called, I was transferred multiple times (even to a driver) and told sunflowers were "out of season," so they substituted the arrangement without informing me. They promised a replacement and a refund review, but by Monday nothing had been done. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, saying they "don't work weekends" and could only "avoid" lilies but not guarantee anything. They said there was no way corporate would provide any concession or discount. In the end, I had to repay delivery fees, and the replacement arrangement was small and poor quality. Overall, the lack of communication, rude service, and unsafe substitution make me unable to recommend this florist--especially for sensitive occasions.

I have been coming here for years and I know it is the beginning of June but I expected more…read moreselection. I came for a smaller bag of potting soil which they had a 20 lb one for $11, not bad. They also had Proven Winners in larger pots for annuals at $7.00. even had a few good sell items. But the selection of light weight pots were almost none. The others were high priced. They have lots of tempting items for the garden and walls but they were much higher than a few years ago. You can blame tariffs but it could be adding to the profit margin more since some are doing that. Not much service and if you pay with a card, extra is charged. I do like supporting local businesses and it is nice to have a smaller footprint garden center but I am glad I was only buying for an apartment balcony.
