Well wouldn't you know, the wind whisked some off the strings, and either a door frame or a thorny bush deflated some others. Not only were most of the other party stores in the city closed, but the few that were open couldn't replace the large silver Mylar ballon letters spelling out L-O-V-E that I lost. Enter Balloons & Events Over Atlanta. Not only did the owner say she could replace the large letter I lost, but she agreed to leave her family on a Sunday afternoon, while her shop was closed, and drive through a torrential downpour (complete with flash flooding) to arrive within the hour. On top of that, she arrived with the smile and calm, pleasant attitude that I would never be able to bring under the same circumstances. She had me in and out in 5 minutes, and even affixed a sturdy weight to each letter so it wouldn't carry away in the wind. Moreover, instead of taking the time to boot up her payment system, she took down my credit card info and agreed to process my transaction an email a receipt Monday, so I could get back to my hotel and get ready in time for the wedding. Goes without saying, and it's already in their name, but I'll go ahead and say it: I highly recommend Balloons & Events Over Atlanta for any balloon and event needs all over Atlanta.
