My acrylics did not match the picture I wanted and I had asked him to fix it but we just couldn't get there, and my nails also too so long that he was working on my acrylics for so long that the other person getting their nails done had already moved on to her toes, and was over half way done. To end at the same time as the other person getting their nails done, for skipped the foot massage that I had paid for. Also there is no air conditioning and we were sweating the whole time. So she rightfully got up and left. Who wants to pay for something they didn't ask for? But it gets worse. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.

I've been a fan ever since! There is plenty of free parking and it's easy to book services over the phone. I normally switch up who I see, but I have had great experiences with everyone I have come into contact with! This place is clean and has an upscale feel to it! I normally get highlights and a cut.
