Towards the end they put a face mask on and turn out the rainbow-shaped water spigot and they massage your arms and wrap your feet in hot towels. They have a sound machine going and dimmed lights so the whole process is calming and relaxing. PRO TIP: if you reference their Groupon for this service, they will honor the price. The only thing I didn't love was that they used Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Would be better if they used Japanese products or something cleaner than basic Pantene. Maybe even a scalp scrub?

I really wanted to like this place. It's a convenient location for me. My friend brings her daughter here for mother/daughter pedicures, and she recommended it to me. I loved the ambiance--I loved the relaxing dim lights and the abundance of interesting decorations to look at. There was a very nice gentleman who asked how I was doing, and gave me a really heavenly hand massage. Sadly, the mani/pedi experience here did not meet my expectations. I didn't see anything come out of a sterile package. The polish on my manicure was very bubbled. My french mani chipped within a few days, and the pedicure chipped shortly thereafter. Normally I'm sick of a toe polish color for weeks before it ever budges, so it was really surprising how poorly this polish stuck. The worst part of my experience, and the reason why I won't give this place a second chance when I might otherwise do so, is because the tech made my cuticles bleed. I noticed this after my hands came out of the parrafin dip and she removed the wax--there was blood on three of my cuticles. (That means I had open wounds in the parrafin bath--YIKES!!!) The tech's response to my concern was that she shrugged it off, grabbed a hand towel from the side of the workstation, and patted it on the blood. Who knows where that towel had been, or where it went after that! I wish I'd said something at the time, but I was so taken aback I didn't know how to react.

The pedicure was ok since she cut too far on my cuticle and it bleed bled. Got french gel manicure and they were in a hurry to close so she didn't finish cleaning up my gel and make it shiny. The place is clean and organized. They do large groups and is friendly. Better to call ahead than to walk in because they are not sufficiently staff to provide walk in service. They are mainly by appointment only. The owner is Carol.
