I'm a very regular customer I come here atleast twice a week. There is an issue that needs to be addressed and it's actually insane at this point , atleast the past 6 times I have been here , I get off work at 7 and go get Açaí , the girls always seem to be wanting to leave or be in a rush , they say after 7 you can't dine in because " the lobby is closed " it all has to be to go. Always giving an attitude and kinda just like kicking people out , this is not mention anywhere , google and even the own store says it closes at 8 honestly this attitude is getting tiring , I had friends and family share the same experience with me and this need to be addressed, this is the only location with this issue and I would hate to stop buying açaí here but will have to read more

If you are looking for something light, clean, and healthy, this is the place to go. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was delicious. Honestly, all of the ingredients were set up in a way that you had a piece of all of them with every bite. That is not always easy with a wrap. The one they gave me also included bee pollen which I cannot have!! In addition, my bowl was pure liquid and the fruit was so mushy it was absolutely disgusting. Visited this spot for the first time after an intense Memorial Day Cross fit workout in SLW. Needed to refuel and recharge. I def wanted something light to replenish with. I love hot and the buffalo just wasn't hot enough for me. I had to ask for more sauce. All allergies are taken in to consideration, so let the staff know ahead of time of your individual issues. Yeah I've had to wait a few minutes to get an order, but seriously, it's FRESH and made when you order it! It's not fast food like Wendy's or a standard unhealthy place. I have been coming here since it opened probably 3 days a week. For the most part good service, however since covid19 the protocols here have been inconsistent . I am a health care provider and have noticed that no one here wears masks. I asked an employee if there was a mask policy here for employees or patrons. She said no, I replied , well then who protects me - the patron?? She just shrugged her shoulders . I was wearing a mask - TO PROTECT HER AND OTHERS!
