Been coming here since they opened, it's been ok. They must've sold or changed hands the last year or so. The acai bowls are $15+, with barely anything in it. No acai. The time before that, it tasted like A FREEZER, you know the freezer burnt taste. So gross, they have some nerve charging what they do. The smell when you walk in, also stale and unappetizing. Respectfully not going back to 3 Natives in SLW. Outside of getting my order wrong, a specific staff member is not only rude to a customer but also to her coworker. One of the young ladies that took my order was super sweet and recited my order back to me. I asked for no coconut on one of the açaí bowls that I ordered because my family member is allergic. When the bowl was made by another staff member, it unfortunately had coconut on it. A mistake was made, I informed someone and offered to pay for another bowl. They had no problem remaking it free of charge. Which I was thankful for. My main issue was a staff member that had no part in taking my order or making the bowl decided to make a comment saying and asking me, "We didn't make the mistake. Did you ask for no coconut shavings?" I respectfully informed her that I did. I didn't appreciate the fact that she assumed I didn't request the absence of the item knowing that I was aware my family member is allergic. She proceeded to ask who gave me the bowl, I didn't want to throw the staff member under the buss, because I get mistakes happen and they had no problem serving a new bowl. When I didn't say anything, she described who it was. After her description, I said yes. As soon as i confirmed she rolled her eyes and shook her head. One of the worst wrap experiences of my life. It had a whole jar of peppercini stems in the wrap. I almost choke on it eating it. After further inspection I found almost a whole jar of stems in my wrap. In addition it was the most bland chicken wrap ive ever had in my life. I ordered the Tequesta Dragon and it was absolutely delicious! The girls working there were super sweet and helpful, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is really nice, clean and welcoming inside, and the outdoor seating is a great option when the weather's nice. The two stars giving are solely for this situation I experienced tonight..I called the store at 8:15pm and all I got was a busy signal, so I decided to drive there because it stated they were open till 9pm. I arrive at the store at 8:19pm, there was another customer waiting outside and realized the door was locked. There was a young girl cleaning off the tables didn't who didn't even acknowledge us until I knocked on the door. Another two people walked up as I was leaving as well. The time on the door states they close at 9pm as well as the their website/google. I do come here often and I'm obsessed with their acia bowls. When my parents initially moved to Port St. Lucie, it was/is still a developing area and vegan options were limited. That being said, I am so happy that I discovered 3Natives while walking through Tradition Square! I always order Veg Head wrap STUFFED with hummus, romaine lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, red pepper, pico de gallo, and sprouts. The citrus vinaigrette is to die for and really pulls all the flavors together. I also enjoy the acai bowl (though the serving is smaller than I expected) and the bagel with vegan cream cheese. If you order the bagel, just ask for extra vegan cream cheese otherwise it can be little dry. Staff here is always friendly and they have a pretty good reward system if you enter your phone number at the register through Fivestars. I feel like I get a BOGO promotion from 3Natives twice a week - which is SUCH an awesome deal! Great place for some healthy food and a beautiful view. read more

I absolutely love this place! My family is vegan (we're from Ohio), and we are always looking for new options. We loved the smoothies bowls and smoothies here! The PB & A was our absolute favorite! It's a great location, and our order was always ready on time for pick up! My only change for this place would be to state clearly if their protein add-ins are vegan on the (online and in-person) menu. It can be very confusing as to what is vegan and what isn't at first glance. So, even adding a simple green v on vegan options may really help getting vegans to notice this place!
