They're tasty and definitely worth trying. That said, I think this bakery has an opportunity to make the experience much more exciting for customers. When I visited, the pastry display looked fairly sparse and was mostly made up of guava, cheese, and similar pastries. I was hoping to see more of the traditional Cuban desserts and baked goods that you typically find in a Cuban bakery. A colorful, abundant display with a variety of desserts can really catch a customer's eye and create that "I want to try one of everything!" feeling. I also noticed that some of the catering items appeared to be priced higher than those at another Cuban bakery here in Port St. Lucie, so competitive pricing may be something worth looking at as well. Unfortunately, both times I visited, the bakery was essentially empty. The atmosphere also felt a little lacking and didn't have the warm, inviting ambiance I associate with a neighborhood Cuban bakery. Presentation, variety, and a more welcoming atmosphere could make a big difference in attracting customers and encouraging them to stay, explore, and purchase more. I'm sharing this because I'd genuinely like to see this bakery succeed. It's wonderful to have more Cuban bakeries in the area, and I think with a little more attention to the variety of offerings, presentation, pricing, and overall atmosphere, this business could become a much more exciting destination for the local community.
