We are now seeing the results of it being done early. We have had multiple problems from electrical, plumbing and flooring problems. They are very good about fixing problems after your year is up. The problem is some of the issues come back within six months. Our floors sound like a hundred year old house. The drywall repairs doesn't last either. We had an inspector for our year end. Buyers should get a pre home inspector. We wish we would of done that.

How they are different from the big builders. I can honestly can say my home @ Highpoint at New Britain has more issues than a Ryan homes home my parents purchased brand new in New Hope PA back in 1999. And we all know had bad Ryan is. Microwave rubs pantry door trim because it was improperly installed. Pan under furnace and condensation pump was installed incorrectly. Pan was installed wrong and wouldn't catch a pump failure. Drawer in kitchen rubs wall. Electrical connectors not properly installed on electric boxes. Receptacles push into wall in kitchen because tiles were cut wrong. I can go on and on. Just getting started. My background is over 25 years in the mechanical trades. Final position was maintenance supervisor/lead building engineer for a federal contractor at the federal courthouse in Trenton NJ. I see things thru a different lenses than most. Cosmetically the home looks great. These are mistakes made by people don't take their jobs seriously. Your work is a direct reflection of yourself. They hire terrible subcontractors. If I could do it over my family wouldn't have purchased from Foxlane Homes. Beware of this company and if you do purchase from them I suggest hiring a well versed contractor to go over home. Make a list and have them make everything right. Need to hold them to the fire immediately. Good luck.

As you can imagine, this can be a rather stressful situation to be in when you consider that you will be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars or more. It is my unequivocal opinion that hiring oleksii and vanguard is the best single investment you can make throughout this process. Vanguard creates extremely detailed 3-dimensional representations of all of your spaces. I consider myself to be a person of pretty good taste, but having reviewed the images I realized I would have made many costly and disheartening mistakes if left to my own devices. As it goes now, I rely on Vanguard to create beautiful, functional, and unique designs and concepts for each area of the house. as I begin the construction phase, I know exactly what I will be getting and I couldn't be more excited.
