Since when did people decide espresso is supposed to taste like a spoiled science experiment instead of actual espresso? Good espresso should be rich, balanced, smooth, and have some depth. This tastes like badly pulled shots made from garbage beans, or both. Every sip has that sharp, rotten edge that makes you immediately regret spending money on it. The frustrating part is the shop itself has potential. The atmosphere is decent, but none of that matters when the actual coffee tastes this bad. If your entire business is built around coffee, the coffee cannot be the worst thing about the place. I would not go back.
