He doesn't stop checking on his patient from time to time. He does all he can to make sure his patient is improving. The whole family loves him. Thank you always for everything and happy new year from our family to yours. I would give Dr. Al-Shareef stars!! He is very professional. We have been following up with him for one of my family members. He is the only doctor in the area who discovered the problem. We have been following up with so many doctors for no good results as if we are doing nothing. Dr. Al-Shareef knew about the issue through examining each and every part and through the MRI imaging. Now, since we knew about the main issue behind all this pain, the doctor explained the procedures and the solutions. He wanted to go step by step with all the medications before we end up doing the surgery. He is very professional and caring. He was able to give extra time and efforts. He cares about his patient. After my relative went back home, the doctor called him many times to check up on him and his health and the effects of the new medications. We will definitely continue with Dr. Al-Shareef because of many reasons. The main reason is his constant care. The location of the clinic is somehow far away from our home. However, we traveled all the way there just to continue with Dr. Al-Shareef. We are beyond blessed to find you! My father was blaming himself for not finding Dr. Al-Shareef from the beginning. I wish I could've got her name, but I was so groggy. The prep nurse getting me ready for surgery was nice but could tell she was tired of her job. She asked to get my son to come in and it took forever. I think she forgot. I finally had to push the nurse button and ask her to get my son. Surgery room was very nice and the people in there were very kind and understanding and patient.

I had to pee so bad I could hardly hold it. When I ASKED a young nurse who was busy talking to a young man for assistance to go to the bathroom they god mad. I had to walk to the bathroom on my own with a bp 214 over 110. Then the nurse assigned to me got angry at me for getting up. I am already there for a heart condition and I have to deal with nasty attitudes from nurses that clearly hated their jobs. They kept me overnight which turned into a complete mess. I had critical medication I was on and they gave me the wrong dosages at the wrong times. I am in my 70s and have had 21 surgeries. This was the worst ER I was ever in. I also was a combat medic the military and not oblivious to the challenges they face. I will never return to a Baylor Scott facility under any circumstances. Also the rooms were smelly, looked very dirty and housekeeping lacking. My room had a hazardous wate container thst was overflowing. When the doctor got there, who was quite professional and proper the nurses changed like a light switch. Pretending to suddenly care for my comfort and needs. It was disgusting just bow blatantly they did as little as possible when not supervised. Flirting with the young medic was more important.

She kept telling them the pain was near kidneys. They finally ordered an ultrasound and found a kidney stone. She was in for back surgery. After discovering kidney stone, the floor dr had the nerve to tell her she shouldn't be in pian. DO NOT SEND FAMILY MEMBER HERE!
