This location is solely for bagels, but they also have a brick-and-mortar location down off 290 and Mason that serves food as well. We went here about a month ago. I don't like leaving poor reviews, but the server was kind of rude, and the bagels weren't that great, especially for the price. We froze our bagels and later found out that instead of blueberry, we were given raisin, which we really don't care for in a bagel. The place was clean, though, so that was nice. read more

Not too many places in Cypress to get a good bagel . . . stumbled on this place by accident. Located in the local HEB - don't let the looks of this place fool you. These bagels are over the top good. I get the usual plain bagel with plain cream cheese - toasted. The bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel is good as well. Coffee is strong . . . . . felt like I was in Lower Manhattan at a bagel stand. Arrived at 11:00am no server in sight. No bagels in the bins. Sign said open 9-12. Not the hours on yelp. Not really a shop - it's a stand inside HEB. Sells out very quick. I went there at 0730 and there was very little to choose from. Sadly the over toasted the last blueberry bagel so that was a bummer. Wow!! These bagels are TO.DIE.FOR!! Love at first bite :) You can definitely tell these are homemade. My personal favorite is the garlic bagel. I first tasted these bagels at my local farmer's market and was so glad to hear they opened up in the HEB off Barker Cypress. I met the owner, Michael, who is friendly and accommodating. After eating a 4 Brothers bagel, I don't see myself ever going back to Panera or Einstein Bros. I'm reviewing the location in-store at the HEB on Barker Cypress and 290. 4 Brothers will be getting my business and I can't say enough about them. Met the oldest brother of the 4 Brothers in HEB's parking lot on Barker Cypress. In talking with him, his basket was full of these bagels, only to find out he was taking them to displaced families from Louisiana. Told him what a Blessing he was to those people and that I would have to try them on my next trip. He sent me on my way with a delicious blueberry bagel. Many blessings to you.
