They not giving stuff away in here you will have to pay for it. I go to Lowbobs for my rolling papers needs and if you need a cheap grinder or something. Stuff a little high up in here, but they have a wide range to get your smoke on.

That said, I've gotten a few new nice pieces from Glass Roots and the quality of gear they sell is still top notch and competitively priced. The UV products they sell are particularly cool and takes me back to my younger days. I'm downgrading my rating for Glass Roots because every time I go the shop is filled with kids under 18. The first time it happened one of the employees had his infant behind the counter just hanging out, I bet CPS would have loved hearing about that. After that incident I contacted the manager/owner and he assured me it was an isolated incident and it wouldn't happened again. So I go back to the shop the day after Christmas to use a gift certificate and what's the first thing I see upon entering the shop? About a half dozen obviously underage kids starring at all the pipes! Seriously WTF?!?! I understand that kids are curious and with all the legalization it's not a huge deal but rules are rules are rules and crap like that doesn't help! It's unfortunate the owner doesn't feel the need to follow laws, it'd be a real shame if someone notifies the proper authorities...

I have purchased a few items from this store over 3 visits. On each visit, I have found the store…read moreto be clean, well organized, well lit, and well stocked. It's small but it has a very welcoming "hippie" vibe that I love. They have a great variety of pipes, ranging from small little metal one hitters to huge glass water pipes (remember to use correct terms, we are in Michiana but not quite in Michigan). I no longer use nicotine, but they have a large variety of disposable vapes in all flavors, as well as cigarettes and pipe tobacco. As far as prices go, I am new to the area and haven't been able to get to the other smoke shops yet, but this place is a bit pricey compared to my home state. However, I learned they may be willing to haggle over price because I was shocked to see that a 2 part plastic grinder had a $9 tag, but the lady behind the counter (who I've seen each time and is always very helpful) quickly added "but I can do $5 for it." when she saw I was having to think twice (I'm on a tight budget). I could get a grinder like that for $3 at several booths at the flea market in my old state, but I'm tired of using my fingers and just wanted to get a grinder and go home. I bought the grinder and I'm glad I did. Smoking from my one hitter (also purchased here) is a lot easier now. Overall, I like this smoke shop and there is a chance that I will back next payday for a new pipe and maybe a slightly better grinder.
