I had purchased a battery from this location on Illinois Road a few weeks back, and my battery had been acting weird for some reason. I ended up going back to Cravin Vapes to return my battery. The STAFF was phenomenal, I highly recommend going to this location! They were so understanding and helpful. They even let me exchange my battery for a new one. One of the Staff members had bought an additional essential for my battery, because the battery/brand I had purchased has "great ratings." (and it was just with my luck of the draw picking a broken battery.) I recommend going to this location. The Staff members were so sweet and kind. What used to be the hands down #1 go-to spot for all things vape related has slowly gone downhill to the point that there's no longer any point to visiting their brick and mortar stores anymore. Online is, once again, the best way to shop. I used to be able to have any and every question answered by people in the know. The staff has since turned over, and today was my last straw. I went in for coils, telling them how an out of town shop had given me the wrong kind. I didn't remember the exact specifications, so I told them the brand and that it was a single coil down the middle. I wasn't given options; I was handed one box. So I naturally assumed they knew what they were handing me. Mistake on my part. When I opened the box at home, the first thing I see are triple coils looking up at me, plain as day. If their staff doesn't know the difference between the numbers 1 and 3, they're not going to be of any real help to anyone. Their selection is still decent for a physical location, and their juices are as good as can be expected under the stupid Indiana laws, so they earned their second star. read more

This is my favorite location in part because it is the closest location to where I live. But the other reasons are as follows: * Good juice record. I've been going to this location ever since they were opened and I've only had an issue with juice flavor once. * Great selection. This location has a fantastic selection of mechs, adjustable mods, tanks, rda's, and vape pens. * Fantastic Atmosphere! Great music selection always being played. Very modern look with black marble looking floor tiles. Its very clean, roomy, and efficient. However, this is one con I've run into which is why I am giving it a four star rating and not five star. I have encountered poor customer twice. Maybe it is just me or maybe just them having a bad day, but on two separate occasions I felt very frustrated when I left because my issue wasn't resolved at all. read more

The only cravin vapes that i go to, employees are great and knowledgeable about there products. Unfortunately the past 2 times i bought a coil for my RDA subtank it has tasted like burnt .... only two days after i start vaping on it! It sucks because that 12 bucks down the drain, and I know im priming it right because I had an employee watch me do to make sure I was doing it right. I will still continue with this store only but i may have to have something done if this happens again! Really great juice as well!! read more

I went in to get a new battery, and I had never visited before. Some of the employees have an attitude toward customers who aren't spending top dollar. I asked about two liquid types, but was never offered a sample. Other Cravin Vapes locations have since informed me that I should have been offered a punch card, but I never was. This is poor customer service. Lose the superiority attitude and try improving customer service. read more

First off, I would leave a negative star if it was an option. This vape shop is by far the worse vape shop I've ever visited. Their juice prices are very expensive, the website advertises items they don't even carry. You can get the SAME exact merchandise at other local vape shops for a minimum of 25% cheaper, some I've seen as much as 75% cheaper. They ID EVERYONE that wants to make a purchase, but will not tell you until you're at register paying. I spent over 35 mins in there just to leave empty handed. I'm 46yrs old, I may not look 46, but I DEFINITELY look 18, or even 21, not sure what the legal age is, but the kid behind the counter told me it's the law that they ID EVERYONE. I have a family member that is a police officer and he said it's up to the vendor to decide whether or not to ID, and I told the kids as much and he just wanted to argue with me. I took my business elsewhere. Cravin Vapes was just my last resort place to shop, but they've insured that I will never step foot in there store again. My husband have been vaping for a couple years now... Started in Hawaii with a place called "Volcano." When we had to move back stateside after getting out of the army we thought we were going to have to start ordering the stuff online.. But much to our surprise we saw, " Cravin Vapes" had just opened right around the corner from our house, just off Clinton! We were very happy :) We saw how busy they became and how fast it grew.. It was pretty crazy actually. Well when we moved on the other side of town a year later it was an even greater surprise when we saw they were opening one down the street off illinois! It has been very convenient and most of the time a wonderful experience. That is until of late... We have been coming to them since they have opened and continued to even when other competitive companies began opening all over town. But we stayed loyal... Everyone who has helped us at the clinton store was very nice and well educated about there supplies and merchandise... Very helpful.. But when when we started going to the store off Illinois, more often then not, my husband or I or both have somewhat of a unpleasant experience.. There have been a select few members of the staff that just always seem to be rude, unpleasant, uneducated and like we were just bothering them... I don't understand why they would hire anyone who can't really help customers with questions or problems about the merchandise that they purchased in THEIR store? If you're gonna have people working for you that don't really know what they're talking about or don't give a sh#@, at least have them be super nice, pleasant, and welcoming. I gotta say, if we have any more experiences like these, we'll take our business elsewhere. And I would imagine other people will too if the customer service doesn't improve. read more
