The Frigidaire Electric Cooktop was a lemon from the start - the oven would not heat properly "at all" as well as one burner. I called Stucky's Furniture and Appliance and once again Chris Fahling (serviceman came out). It took a very long time and he said he could not guarantee the oven and burner would heat properly, however he did all he could do. It still does not heat properly and I went to the store with all of my paperwork only to be told they would do nothing else and I would need to purchase a new stove and, of course, the price was much higher. Not only will I "NEVER" shop at their store I will report this very bad experience to the BBB.

There isn't much flashy about CA. Things are clean and mostly organized. The offices are in the middle section. On this occasion I had to search out someone to help me. The folks here were very friendly and helpful. No pressure. Good at presenting options and data. I had to wait in the office as we completed the paperwork and transactions. The office is not geared for the customer to sit down, relax and comfortably complete the transaction. I ended up buying a refrigerator. I feel like I got a good deal.
