A friend of mine worked there in the past and I could tell that he and the others who worked and owned the store took great care in its curation. The outdoor seating lounge and also the one inside offered plenty of seating. The indoor lounge is dark and cozy, just like I like the esthetic of a cigar lounge. The faux fire place was the icing on the cake. My favorite cigar brand was well represented throughout the establishment. The humidor is packed with all of the best brands. I found cigars here that aren't available in my area. The staff were friendly, accommodating and a lot of fun. The event seemed to be catered by a regular of the lounge. The food was great. I had a wonderful time!

Store is over priced. Apparently they must buy their products retail on line and then mark them up so they have no recourse or agreement with the manufacturers of the products they sell. So don't plan on having any help with bad products. When I used to go into this store it was wall to wall people. Now I can go there and be the only one in the store. That should tell you something. The writing is on the wall. It's a sign that says, "Going Out of Business". Not that it will be spelled correctly.

I ended up going back to Cravin Vapes to return my battery. The STAFF was phenomenal, I highly recommend going to this location! They were so understanding and helpful. They even let me exchange my battery for a new one. One of the Staff members had bought an additional essential for my battery, because the battery/brand I had purchased has "great ratings." (and it was just with my luck of the draw picking a broken battery.) I recommend going to this location. The Staff members were so sweet and kind. I will definitely be going back to this location and store from now on!

Online is, once again, the best way to shop. I used to be able to have any and every question answered by people in the know. The staff has since turned over, and today was my last straw. I went in for coils, telling them how an out of town shop had given me the wrong kind. I didn't remember the exact specifications, so I told them the brand and that it was a single coil down the middle. I wasn't given options; I was handed one box. So I naturally assumed they knew what they were handing me. Mistake on my part. When I opened the box at home, the first thing I see are triple coils looking up at me, plain as day. If their staff doesn't know the difference between the numbers 1 and 3, they're not going to be of any real help to anyone. Their selection is still decent for a physical location, and their juices are as good as can be expected under the stupid Indiana laws, so they earned their second star.
