I really hate having to write this because I actually gave this nail salon multiple chances, but I'm honestly disappointed, more with how my concern was handled than anything else. I came in last Tuesday to get a full set, my daughter got a full set, and I also got a pedicure. Everything looked fine at first, but the very next day my nails felt a little loose. I didn't think too much of it, but within a few days one nail popped off and then another one today. This isn't my first issue here either. The first time, I ended up with an infection in my thumb and I didn't say anything because I couldn't prove where it came from. The second time, there was so much gel pushed back on my nail that it was actually uncomfortable and affecting my nail growth. I had to come back to have it fixed, and even then some nails were already lifting. So now this is my third experience, and instead of someone saying come in, let us take a look, I was told they only guarantee nails for 24 hours and I'd have to pay to fix them. That just didn't sit right with me. I even asked if that policy is posted somewhere for customers to see, and I never got a clear answer. At this point, it's not even just about the nails, it's about customer service. When someone comes to you with a concern, especially after being a repeat customer, the response matters. Because of this, I will likely not be returning. I'm not one to leave reviews like this, but I think people should know what to expect. read more

This was my first and last time ever coming to this salon. They did a horrible job on both my pedicure and acrylic fill in. The girl who did my pedicure did a good job until she had to paint my toes. She did not go all the way down to my cuticle and when I asked her to fill in the missing space she said she couldn't. She also left nail polish around the nail. The manager then did my acrylic fill in and had an attitude when I asked her to do my nails the way I wanted. She then proceeded to try and paint my nails when I explained to her they were crooked. Again had an attitude because the top of my nails were all slanted instead of straight and square. Instead of continuing to try and fix it she gave me the nail filer to do it on my own. How rude and unprofessional. I am not paying someone to do my nails for them to tell me to do it. I also got french tip and they are not the same as each other and uneven. There prices are also extremely overpriced. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

So Helen or Rose is the only two I would recommend anyone to allow to do their nails at this salon. Most of their other workers are just there to practice on you! I paid $70 for my full set, and she cut my cuticles on just about every finger. Everyone of my nails popped off like press on nails from the dollar store smh. When I called in to complain I was told by Helen that they only guarantee one day for their work. She told me to come in anytime and if I still had some nails on, I would be charged the price of a fill. So I get a child care sitter and go in for them to just look at me like a crazy person. Now Rose tells me they only guarantee for one day for their work. I asked where is the sign that says that but of course they didn't have one. They didn't want to deal with me! All of my nails came out crooked. They are all slanted to the left. Asked the nail tech to shorten the nail and she refused to. Blotchy paint job and a serious attitude towards the customers. Had many technical problems with the register and took my card and left the room to do someone's eyebrows...while having my card. It's very unprofessional to take someone's card and leave with it for several minutes. Would not recommend. read more

There is only one person there that does an amazing job. The rest of the employees there have poor skills there nails fall off and when I got my nails filled there 4 days later the top coat was peeling off and looked like I needed a feel already. When I spoke to the owner there she refused to fix the horrible job done to my nails that I paid 50 dollars for and my daughter paid 45 for hers. I won't ever go back there again because they have poor customer service and they over charge for your nails to fall of a week later. I had to go somewhere else to pay someone else to fix the bad job that was done to my nails and I reported this place to the BBB. read more

This was my first visit to this nail salon after being highly referred by many people I work with, I decided to give it a try because my current nail salon charges an arm and a leg. Though this salons prices are a lot more reasonable; I have to say you can tell the difference in work. They don't take their time (yes, I had an appointment so I should have been the only priority at that time) he tapered my nails so much that he hit skin and KEPT GOING! After I told him he's doing too much, he then said "sorry, this a new file" and KEPT.GOING. You can see in the pictures I attached, that my cuticles aren't even cleaned up from the acrylic.‍ Then, he moved onto my feet and I told him don't cut too much and keep them pretty square. well he clips my second toe too much, making it lopsided I told him I wanted the same nude as was on my nails and he couldn't find one, so I ended up with a beige I wasn't crazy about. Then my boyfriend was getting his feet done and the lady was also very impatient and rough with his feet. He left bleeding with cuts on his toes. I was very surprised with the service we got, seeing as how everyone I talk to RAVES about this place. But then again, maybe I should have listened to everyone and requested only Rose or Helen‍ learned my lesson. I got a regular manicure & pedicure for my graduation and this is the worst nail salon I have been to in my life. It's over priced and my nails started chipping the same day (usually my nails start chipping after a week) because of the cheap nail polish they use. There are better options in the area I really would not recommend this place. Waste of money. read more

I used to go here for years and only stopped because of Covid. I recently reached out to Helen to schedule my permanent brow touch up and nail appointment and was given a number from her to call. I called the number and wasn't able to reach anyone or leave a message. I advised her of the issue via our Facebook messages and my issues with scheduling were ignored as if my business isn't wanted or accepted. I have never experienced this before and always loved Helen's work and the other nail artists at this salon, but it seems my business isn't wanted. I would think businesses would like to keep new and old customers and retain customer satisfaction rather than reject their business and ignore them while trying to make a couple of appointment. I spent about $70.00 to get my nails and feet done. I got stilettos tips with gel, less than 24 hours later my nails began to chip. I called before I came in and let them know what happened, and was told they will fix my nail free of charge. I finally make my way to their establishment only to be told of of long wait time. It pisses me off because this was poor service I received. I repeatedly asked how long it will be for me to get my nails fixed. And they kept saying I had to wait supper long. When I expressed my concern regarding having my nails done half assed, they said they would remedy. One of the ones there gave me push back and was rude, and being a bitch and tried to be combative with me. How are you going to offer to fix my nail and then be rude?? I should have been priority because I was at ur place of business the day before and spent a lot of money for a shitty nail Job. Her response was "that's not my work" so if It's not ur work why are you so hell bent on causing a scene. I will never come here again.
