I booked a Gel X Nail removal and a perfect Manicure with regular polish through their online booking service. Upon being sat, the technician asked if I wanted a gel manicure. I said no, regular manicure. I received and paid for a gel manicure, which was a higher price. I'm sure I could have argued, but I had dinner plans and hate confrontation. The Gel X Nail removal went pretty well, but I was nicked by the electric file no fewer than a dozen times. It wasn't particularly painful, but certainly wasn't pleasant. I also heard the staff speaking poorly about customers and their accents which was not very welcoming. The manicure itself was fine, though there is a lot of color bleed that I'll be touching up myself. read more

I went with a few friends to get our nails done for an upcoming wedding. The receptionist was VERY kind and kept coming around seeing if anyone needed drinks, which was a really sweet touch. The nails themself were amazing, almond acrylic nails with a design on one for $61 was good pricing. However, everyone in my group had something to say about the roughness and attitude of the nail techs. Getting up to do someone else's nails in the middle of a pedicure, varied pricing for the exact same services, and snarky remarks about our nails were something each of us had experienced. I don't know that I'd go back, but they did a great job at getting us in on relatively short notice as a group. read more

I got a pedicure and gel x structured manicure both times the service was incredible. With your service I received complimentary drink. My original nail lady at a different salon couldn't get me in so I had to come here. I made an application the same day and staff was great. They offer you drinks throughout. One downside is that they cut all my nails off when I thought it was just going to be a fill....so that made me quite upset, but look at these chrome nails! Amazing! read more

Pulling out my own hair because two nails are literally lifting after one week I don't think that's OK just another way to get more money having to go weekly. I went to perfection nail spa today for a pedicure. Once in the chair they notified me that they did not have any hot water in the building. I got a regular pedicure with gel polish and my total was $61. I feel as thought this is really expensive for the service that was given. A lady came in as I was leaving and asked for a pedicure and dip polish and they said how about we only do dip today? I am not one to complain, ever, but I feel as though this is something others should be aware of! read more

Pedicure was very rushed. Massage only lasted about 2 to 3 minutes per leg had to go home and re-Palmerstone my own feet as the dead skin was not removed. Also got a gel manicure, which chipped off in less than 24 hours polish did not come all the way down to cuticle. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone go anywhere else. read more

This salon is absolutely the cleanest, tidiest nail salon I've ever been in! Would give it 10 stars if I could. It was quiet with relaxing music, beautifully laid out, and even smalls good! They offer complimentary beverages while you are getting your toes done. It really was a very pleasant environment and all the people I interacted with were super nice and friendly. I just get basic manicures and pedicures, nothing fancy, but they did a lovely job and I would absolutely go back, were I going to be in town longer. What a great experience! read more

This place I have a love/hate relationship with. I love Jackson, he does my nails, and whatever design I want he does, he's absolutely phenomenal. Now what I ABSOLUTELY HATE about this place is you gotta play extra to get your callus removed from your feet, isn't that the point of the pedicure, to remove the dead skin and make your feet smooth, why do I have to pay extra for that, ALSO WHAT I HATE is that they charge you to remove the gel polish from your toes, even though you're replacing it with a different color, that's a complete rip off! If I'm already getting a pedicure and getting gel polish, it doesn't make sense to charge me to remove the polish that's already on there. It should already be included in the price! read more

This place is a gem, it truly is. Kim is who I have do my pedis and eyebrows and they are always done to perfection. I did have another employee the first time I went, forgive me for not remembering his name but he was lovely and did a great job too. Then I was introduced to Kim and she has been my go-to since. She remembered me after meeting me only twice and does such quality work. The receptionist is one of the kindest, most sociable person you can meet. They offer you a free (non alcoholic) drink as you are getting your service done. The last time I went to the salon, the receptionist felt so bad she forgot to ask me if I wanted a drink that she sent one with me to go. The place itself is stunning, kept in pristine condition, and as someone who comes from downstate NY, the prices are extremely reasonable. This salon and staff have my business permanently. I made my appointment for a pedicure. They confirmed my appointment - twice. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me that they had rescheduled my appointment and pushed me back. I showed them the text from two hours earlier that confirmed the original appointment time. The receptionist said that the online portal had booked me with a male technician. She went on to say that they only do male-female or female-male. They had two male technicians sitting there doing nothing, but they still didn't want to do my appointment. So they asked me to wait till the female technician came available. Instead, I used the time I would've spent waiting and booked an appointment at another salon. read more
