I haven't eaten much from Four Heroes as I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but their pizzas are amazing. Best pizzas I have ever had and haven't purchased pizza anywhere else since I tried their pizza. Their Greek pizza with feta cheese, green olives and tomato's is my favorite although the Spartan with chicken and jalapeno is also fantastic. While my wife was waiting to pick up pizzas for us they gave her a complimentary cup of lintel soup which she loved and said is the best she has ever had. The owner and his family are incredibly friendly and try to provide the best service possible. I highly recommend! read more

This place is SO DELICIOUS! I used to lament that all the good kabob places are in Elk Grove but we finally have a place here in Roseville/Rocklin!! I've had it about three times so far and appreciate that the flavors and quality are consistent. The service is super friendly and fast, which is always a plus! As for recommendations, everything I had was good but my absolute favorites are the chicken (super flavorful - a must try) and the ground beef kabob - have these with their garlic sauce! Ooh and don't forget the fries! Additionally, I highly recommend the hummus! I typically don't like restaurant hummus but the hummus here seems to have a more lemony flavor and I am here for it! The food here is so good! I got two beef kabobs, a chicken and rice plate, and a Greek salad. Everything was amazing. The garlic sauce on the side was yummy too. I'm not a huge fan of tzatziki sauce, so whatever this sauce was, was absolutely perfect. The chicken was cooked to perfection too. I will def be going back here often!!!! read more

We had the excellent Mediterranean Falafel sandwich for lunch. It was delicious and huge, so expect leftovers. The fries with it were very good (and I usually skip fries) dipped in a rich and creamy garlic sauce. I'll forever turn my nose up at ketchup after this. Surprisingly, we were served a fresh and rich lentil soup before our meal arrived. Yummm. The staff was friendly and informative on the menu. The dining area and restroom were spotless. The art on the walls was intriguing. I was surprised at first that it was walk-up to order establishment as I expected a booth-type restaurant with waiter service. But the place was delightful. Delicious food. We got chicken sandwich, which came out more like a burrito. It was filling and had great flavors in the sauce, and most important, the chicken was fresh, well seasoned and pleasant. Would definitely order it again. We also got the falafel salad. It was delicious; fresh veggies, yummy sauce, and great falafel which I never tried before and loved. Even my picky kids liked it. Service was great. The owner was our cashier and he was pleasant to talk to, was very nice and polite. He complimented my kids and talked about his own kids a little. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. There are beautiful canvas photos of landmarks from Greece and the Middle East. Man where do I even begin? This place is truly a special gem in Rocklin. I will be honest I don't usually eat a whole lot of Mediterranean food, not because I don't enjoy it. But more so because I tend to cook for myself and make a lot of my family's traditional/heritage food at home such as Albanian recipes and lots of Eastern European foods. But just recently me and my friend visited "4 Heroes Grill" and I must say I absolutely loved it. When you first enter the building it have a very cozy feel to it, they have all kinds of cool cultural heirlooms strung up on the wall, and they also have some cool photos that come from different parts of the world. But lets talk about the food, it was an absolute delight. I got two sides for me and my friend (Dolma's, and Falafel). The Falafel had a perfect crisp on the outside while maintaining a soft and chewy texture on the inside. The falafel is also perfectly paired with their tahini sauce which has a great taste. The Dolma's are absolutely delicious, and have nice lemony taste to it. As for the main course I bough the Kabab Sandwich. The following would include a traditional beef kabab which was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. It also includes fresh vegies such as lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. They than put some tzatziki sauce inside. It all comes in one big wrap, and when I say big I mean it. You can tell everything they make is fresh; which is nice because the issue with restaurants these days is that they think quantity is more important than quality. But I promise you the quality of flavor and freshness at this restaurant is great. The quantity is also prefect for what you pay. Now as for hospitality; it is also great. My and my friend met one of the workers there who was extremely friendly and funny. He was a very sociable person and you could tell he cared a lot about the quality of service. As of for my final thoughts and words? Well I must say its very easy to tell that the workers here put their heart into what their making. Because the quality of food was absolutely amazing. Good seasoning, fresh food, and everything comes together very well. I highly recommend you tell your friends and family about this restaurant because their food is a delicious experience and you will meet some very friendly people there. I will be back again to eat here and cant wait to try something different! read more
