    POKE NACHOS - YUMMY
    Kitty H.

It's Thursday late afternoon and we made it for happy hour. Your House has an excellent Happy Hour, so we ordered two Mai tais, fried calamari, and poke nachos. The food was half off and the Mai Tais were $2 off each one. Our server was Brittney, who was awful. She's very attentive, very friendly, and very helpful. She made some great suggestions, too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is so busy, and load, today. Yet Brittney had plenty of time to attend to our wishes and never made us feel rushed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . Even though we've been here several times, I can't say we had a server as great as Brittney. When we come back next time we're definitely going to ask for her. My husband had the birria and Carne Asada - 2 taco combination plate. He doesn't care for the beans and rice, and Brittney suggested he could have a salad or fries. The only problem was the tacos were too small, especially for $19 no tacos on Happy Hour menu.

Me and friend decided to go hang at Yardhouse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Host greeted us and we sat at a comfy booth across from bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came for the Happy hour at 3pm on Wednesday. It was worth the wait and food was good. Ordered Calamari and Poke nachos. We had Watermelon Margarita and Moscow Mule half off. The Truffle Mushroom pizza was tasty. We had a good time chatting and eating. I Recommend coming on weekday went its not so busy.

First time visiting this restaurant. Really liked the YELP reviews. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was extremely crowded, but we were able to get a seat at the bar right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Immediately had a server give us menus and took our drink order. Drinks came out quickly and we placed our food order. We split an Ahi Crunchy Poke Bowl. It came out a lot quicker than we expected and it was absolutely delicious. When we were ready to check out, David was right there to get our check taken care of. Quickly and politely. Rachel, our server, was constantly checking on us. We were so impressed with the service. It was so nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a little noisy, but not so much we couldn't talk and a lot of people were sitting at the bar to watch the Basketball Finals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Yard House in Roseville is one of our family's go-to spots for a reason! The menu offers a huge variety of entrees, so there's truly something for everyone, no matter what you're in the mood for. Their extensive selection of beers on tap is also a big highlight. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is lively and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal together.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On top of that, the service is always fast and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a great meal with plenty of options!

I've always had a positive experience at this location of Yard House. It's usually quite packed but we get seated every time. The food is always great and good quality. Our favorites are the Cali stack and the Miguel's queso dip! We recently tried the lime cilantro chicken and my husband thinks it's divine! I highly recommend this location if you're in the Roseville area. They will make sure you're well taken care of even in their busiest of times.

Bunch of options to order, the food is good and the drinks are okay. Fun place to go with friends or to watch games. The servers are nice but a bit forgetful, the food comes out relatively fast. The hosts could be a bit more welcoming.

I come here for the happy hour. Yard house's happy hour has a great variety of drinks and food items. I have never gotten tired of their happy hour menu. The quality of food is still great! Happy hour can get packed, so it's best to join the waitlist online (if open), or plan to come in at the very beginning of happy hour. Parking can also be tough since there's a lot of things to do in the area, but at least this plaza has a parking lot across the street for overflow parking. My go-tos: the calamari and the chicken nachos. The calamari is always good when I come here, and the chicken nachos are the perfect shareable item. Ask for sour cream for an extra charge - it's worth it! Other things: The patio at this location is clean and beautiful. Also, the service is great - staff are so nice and helpful. You can pay through the monitors at each table for easy check out.

Parking was a pain on a Friday evening. We didn't have to wait long for our table. Ruben was our server and came by to make sure to take away empty dishes and glasses. We were so full off the appetizers and onion rings tower. I barely had room for my prime rib.

I've always enjoyed coming to this location for Happy Hour. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful. The food portions are generous--not skimpy at all--and everything always tastes fresh and comes out hot. They offer a solid Happy Hour menu with great drink options. I'm definitely bummed that the tuna tartare tower and buffalo wings are no longer on the HH menu, though. One tip: try not to sit on the patio if you're wearing shorts or a dress--the mosquitoes will eat you alive.

Another great experience at Yard House. The food was excellent as usual. My brother and I ordered the spicy jambalaya, and it was absolutely on point. We switched it up this time and had it served over linguini instead of rice, and it worked perfectly -- great flavor and just the right amount of spice. The girls ordered the sliders with fries, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The pickles on the side were a nice touch -- crisp and flavorful. Overall, every meal at the table was a winner. Our waitress, Taylor, did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was positive, attentive, and made sure everything came out right without ever feeling rushed. The ambiance was great, and the hostess welcomed us with a smile and got us seated quickly in a comfortable booth. Consistently good food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Ambiance- Large bar and restaurant with heated patio. Seats 700 if full, likely 500 tonight. 30 minute wait on a Friday night. Patio was nice and a little quieter. Except for the 21st Birthday girls doing shots lol. Full bar, pages of beers to choose from. Service - friendly and efficient. Food - above average. Turkey club was stacked high. Cut in fourths, she took 2 home. Me, whiskey Salmon was sweet and delicious with mashed potatoes mo leftovers for me, perfect portion.

We visited on a weekend, and surprisingly we only waited 10 minutes! It was smooth sailing. They were accommodate to our party of two and a stroller--had a table where we were able to park our stroller within the table. Clutch! Our server was super nice. I wish I remembered her name because she made our visit easy. She was personably but prompt. Our orders were in and shortly received our food not too long after. We ordered their poke nachos and their hot chicken sandwich. The sandwich wasn't hot at all, but we still enjoyed it. We like their garlic parm fries! We enjoyed our visit, and definitely will visit again.

Our group of seven arrived before the 11am opening and it took about five minutes for the staff to coordinate pushing two tables together to accommodate us. We were unable to choose outside dining as the staff for that area did not arrive until 11:30am. We were very well taken care of by April. We were in no hurry and our drinks (mostly beer) and food (all sorts) were consumed during much conversation. I enjoyed the double decker BLT. Which was wonderful. The bread was nicely toasted, all ingredients fresh and flavorful. Not a fan of mayo, but they didn't overdo it. Pretty sure everyone ordered something different, and each dish was enjoyed. The only thing not completely consumed was my basket of fries with my sandwich. I wasn't super hungry. Katie said her shrimp tacos were good and Keith said his birria tacos were tasty, I had the house Pilsner and enjoyed that as well. Sorry, too busy yapping to snap pics of the food. Next time! Since this was the first time in a couple decades this group of friends gathered, we requested a group pic before we left. April was happy to oblige.

Hey! Yes, we do have outdoor dining. And we do have heaters on our patio.

Hey Brenda! Yes, we do. You can view our gluten-sensitive menu using the link below, or on our website by going to the bottom footer and selecting "Nutrition" > "View Dietary Restrictions" > "Gluten Sensitive Menu"…

Is there a max person per table with Covid?

Hi! We recommend calling us directly to see what current local restrictions we are operating under for party sizes: (916) 780-9273.

    What time is happy hour?

    Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm

How much do people end up spending per person at The Yard House? Just asking to estimate how much I should budget for to treat a party of 6, including myself.

A few months ago our party of 9, 6 adults, 3 kids cost about $220 with tax and gratuity. 3 of us had a couple beers and we shared 3 appetizers. Everyone had a entree. I would say the average tab per person with a beer is $25-$30.

Guarded by a gatekeeper who will ask you for the password for the day. You better grab that off Instagram. We had no idea so I told him Will sent us and well. I got a good scolding, they let me in. Once you enter, it feels like you walked into the 1920s with the leather shrouded barstools at the tables, the hardwood bar and the stuffed animals that include a buffalo, pheasants, and more. Craft cocktails are all they do and they're really good at it. Take a look at part of the menu Iposted in the pictures. This is a great place to come and have a cocktail or two before or after dinner. Come see for yourself as you won't be disappointed. Parking can be a little dicey in downtown Roseville, if you're lucky you'll get one right on the street but if not, there's plenty of public parking around.

Who doesn't love the idea of a speakeasy?? We decided to head to Roseville in pursuit of a secret place. We found the secret door, knocked, and a young man answered. He asked for the password. Unfortunately I am not on social media and that's where you're supposed to find it. Bummer! I decided to use my own password. It worked and we entered the inner sanctum. It was a cool, smallish place with nice decor. The bar was the first thing we saw. I looked around to see a few tables and couches to the left. It was pretty early and there were only a few people there so we got a cozy little table in front of a velvety couch. I went to the bar where a burly tattooed OG bartender greeted me. I ordered an old fashioned and a raspberry lemon drop. My old fashioned was done very well. I'm on an old fashioned kick right now and love to try them at different places that look like they know how to make them. This one was really good. My friend wasn't so keen on her lemon drop, saying the lavender was a bit overpowering. We had another round and this time she had something different that she enjoyed. My second old fashioned was just as good as the first. It was getting later and more people happened to have the password and it was getting crowded. We were done, paid the tab, which wasn't bad considering how most speakeasy's can be pretty pricy. Overall, it was a great experience, the place was nice, friendly, and the drinks were done well. Give it a shot. Find the password, or use your own if you dare!

Since I…read moredon't live nearby, I turned to Yelp and started calling places close to the mortuary where our family would be gathering. Pain Killers was the third place on my list. My first call went unanswered, and there wasn't an answering service. On my second call, I was able to leave a voicemail. When I called Pain Killers, a kind woman answered within two rings. I explained that I was looking for a venue to host a memorial gathering. She let me know that the person who could best assist me wasn't available but offered to take my number and have them return my call. Within 30 minutes, Austin called me back. We discussed what we were looking for, and as you can imagine, it's not an easy conversation to have with someone you've never met. From the very beginning, Austin's kindness and compassion stood out. His exact words were, "We want to be here for you during this difficult time." Those weren't just words--I could genuinely feel his sincerity, not only during that phone call but in every text message we exchanged over the following week. Each time I reached out, I'd say, "Ok, Austin, last question," only to think of another one shortly afterward. No matter how many times I contacted him, he remained patient, understanding, and accommodating. He answered every question, responded promptly, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. In the end, it was decided to keep the entire day's gathering at a church rather than the mortuary, so we didn't end up going to Pain Killers. Even so, I wanted to recognize Austin for the exceptional level of customer service and genuine compassion he showed during one of the most difficult times. The next time I'm in the Rocklin area, I plan to stop by, say hello to Austin, and make sure to give Pain Killers some well-deserved business. Thank you, Austin, for reminding me that kindness and empathy still go a long way.
