I asked for a simple basic French manicure even showed the inspo picture. As you can see . I paid $80 plus cash tips ($50 for manicure alone) and left very unsatisfied after another l lady stepped into do the design again and still didn't get them right . Left with a big cut on my toes as well :) if I'm paying $50 for a gel manicure I would expect it to be perfect . Service isn't what it used to me sadly wouldn't be coming back anymore. I'm going to say that this place is very clean and very beautiful, however my full set acrylic nails aren't strong at all, the acrylic layer is super thin, and break easily. I will say that the host is incredibly sweet. She accommodated my appt to fix my broken nail after getting my fresh set a couple of days earlier. She set me up for a last min appt which I appreciated but, the nail tech she set me up made me wait 30 min before coming in and didn't mention a "hello" much less an "I'm sorry for making you wait" or any dialogue for that matter. I believe she was picking up her children from school (per the present nail tech that I requested to please call her and to please ask her eta) but at least give me notice of a time of arrival, or ANYTHING at that point, people have places to be as well. She finished my nail fix and applied the nail polish and just got up and left, i wasn't sure if I was done, if she needed to apply anything else, or how long should I sit, should I move to the drying section... anything? Lol, i mean... I just sat there I guess waiting for my nail to dry and the owner had to tell me She was done. Maybe she was having a bad day, or other circumstances, but communication is a good starting point for a business. Secondly, I will say the nail tech did give me a good oval shape, but it's pretty pointless if the acrylic layer is super thin, they won't last. My first nail broke 3 days after my fresh set from nothing, the owner was kind and didn't charge me to fix. But my next nail broke 3 days after that, making it not even a week of walking around looking a little crazy. Not sure I even wanted to get it fixed again with the same experience. Pros: the host is really sweet, and the place is nice and clean. Cons: nail tech had a bad attitude both times I came to her, and she was watching a show on her phone while she did my nails. Came here to get a gel manicure on May 24th and got the worst nails of my entire life. My actual manicurist was nice enough but let me leave with 4 nails that looked like a child had done them. The gel they use is bad, and less than 7hours after i got my nails done I already had a chip in one. At the 12 hour mark my thumb peeled off entirely. If i'm spending $40 for gel and $20 tip I expect my nails to last at least 3 weeks if not longer but letting someone leave with subpar work is ok with this nail salon because the woman working the front desk looked and even complimented me on my nails before I left. Didn't bother to try and come back and get them fixed because other nails didn't set properly either. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I am sad to say though that my gel manicures here don't last very long. When I have gotten gel manicures at other salons, my nails last up to three weeks looking fresh. I've been on the hunt for a really good nail place for so long & I finally found it. I feel like I've tried so many spots around my way and they're just not that good. They're not friendly and my nails always get chipped right away. I had somewhat of a nail emergency again on a Saturday so after my failed attempt to try to fix it myself I decided to go to the professionals. I searched on my trusty Yelp and found this spot. It is an approximate 20 min drive, no parking lot & I'm not too familiar with the area but I decided to take a risk! I called before going and the lady that picked up(later found out she was the owner) was SO NICE! Customer service over the phone is so important. She made me feel so welcome. (Maybe that's why I didn't mind the 20 min drive lol) but yeah, I got an appointment for the same day and drove out there. I circled around twice and got a parking spot about 2 blocks away. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and she said my name. I love that! Made me feel like a VIP lol Betty was my tech & she was super sweet. I got a mani pedi with 10 min leg/foot massage. Man it was heavenly. The salon itself is such a vibe. The aesthetic is on point. Betty did an amazing job & this is my spot from now on. Even though I do my own nails bc I enjoy it, I'll def be back next time I need any professional nail service. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, my first time there my acrylic nails were on point and they last around 2 weeks and a Half and personally I never let anybody touch my feet unless is trustworthy but anyways to make some time to wait my friend I did it. The second time I was a bit more disappointed when the lady took my nail polish my toe nail got fungus I was so embarrassed but the only people that touch my nail was them, the lady look at it and stood quiet about it, I did not notice until she was almost done that she said "tienes un honguito pero eso se quita solo" I wanted to freak out but I let it go. This place was recommended by my family members and they were pretty specific about who i should do it with. I wont put names out there, but be very careful if you still decide to proceeed in doing your feet at this location. The woman who did my feet left me in so much pain . I still feelit and its been a few weeks ago. The worst part of it all is that i kept telling her how much pain i was in and she continued. They forgot to charge my husband for my feet surprisingly and now they are writing to me about charging my card. Not sure if they have owned any businesses before this one but they should certainly consider being strict with staff. Personally i wouod not allow phone time in front of clients. I went here for the first time today for a regular mani & pedi. I was lucky to be seen quickly without an appointment however, this is the type of establishment where you are better off if you have an appointment. Everyone was super friendly and professional. I was pleased with the ascetics of the place it was so nice and made me feel outside of corona, Queens and resembled a 5 star resort! They played trendy house music and the the tv screen had relaxing paradise-like views. A mani pedi was $30 which was reasonably priced considering the quality of the nail polish, nail tech, and overall establishment. I paid an extra $3 for Gucci nail polish they has a lot of extra services including hair dye, blow outs, waxing etc. I will likely come back for a brow shape and tint sometime soon. This is my new favorite nail spot in the Northern Queens area. Can't wait to go back. read more

The person who did my pedicure did a horrible job I didn't tip her at all which I never do but the pedicure was so horrible there's no way you thought it looked nice. She was rude as well. The girl who did my manicure was so rude she seemed very annoyed when I was just telling her what shape I wanted, she wouldn't even give me eye contact or speak to me. I ended up getting a fungus under my nails from this salon which I did not have before. I will post pictures. Never going back. Quick summary: I will definitely make it a point to come back even though there are plenty of nail salons around me and it being 20 minutes away. Conveniently located near the Junction Boulevard station on the 7 train. --- I was trying to find places through Yelp as I needed to get my nails done ASAP before the weekend for a wedding. It looks like a new establishment given that the last time I was in the area, I hadn't seen it before. I figured I would give them a shot, a rather risky one at the time. It was late at night so calling wasn't an option so I messaged them through Yelp and to my surprise I got a quick response and managed to set up an appointment within the late hour. They do take walk-ins but I would definitely set up an appointment! I had sent them pictures of designs I had considered but because I am indecisive I had changes in mind. The nail tech, Cristina did a fantastic job in creating the nail look I was going for without refuse. She was quick but precise. They didn't have the specific color I wanted but it turned out great anyway! The girl at the front, Stephanie, was friendly and hospitable. There's a lot of friends and family in and out of the establishment which I find quite inviting. The environment was nice as is the interior of the place; very chic. They do except credit cards but do keep in mind that there is a fee. I didn't have enough cash but I will remember for next time! As of right now they also do a loyalty stamp card which is nice. The na tech I've seen both times is Blanca. She's super meticulous, patient, and is very gentle.
