The inside is very nice and the people are friendly. But me and a friend went to get acrylics and we spent 3 hours there. We went there the previous day and it was going to be a long wait as well and we left because we had other plans. My nails looked nice but they barely lasted a week and a half before they started getting loose and one fell off. Definitely should have lasted longer than that. read more

Walking in the nail salon is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The nail technicians were friendly. My aunt and I had appointments and were seated promptly. The water was cold and never got heated. There were two ... 2... Nail Technicians in the whole place... They're were 4 of us in the salon at the same time. Instead of having the people who walked in wait they had had one technician do my aunt and my feet and one technician so the other ladies feet.. So my aunt had to wait for me to be done and I had to wait for her to get her toes done.. Very inconvenient for having made an appointment. Having said that, my toes looked good and my mission complete on getting a pedicure. For Batavia it's decent but it wouldn't make it anywhere else. read more

This place was an oasis! Beautiful shop with well maintained equipment that took us right in politely without an appointment. We had come from another place where we were horrified by our treatment so we left. The mani-pedi here was a better deal and they use hot stones on your legs as part of your pedi...aaahhhh! My girlfriend went to this place because it was close by. Spent $40 to get her nails filled and what not. Seems pretty easy to me, she wasn't even getting new nails done or anything. Just a fill because the under nail started to show. Now as a guy I don't know too much about nails, but I'd assume getting that little itty bitty space filled is easier than attaching a whole new fake nail and getting that done up nice. Well this place screwed up the filling which I assume is pretty easy compared to other things. My girl said it was a waste of $40. By looking at the other reviews here it seems she isn't alone. And why call it 4 nails? There are 10 nails... Maybe its because they give 40% of the effort overall. Update: She has open sores on her fingers from the woman filing. read more
