Just moved to the area so looking for a new nail salon. This will not be the one! When I sat in pedicure chair she asked what type of pedicure and I could see that they have a bunch of types because they are up on the wall, but when I asked her if she had a salon menu so I could see the types and pricing she did not understand so I asked if she had a list that shows me the types and again she couldn't understand me. There should have been someone to help me get what I wanted but Noone did so I said just a basic gel pedicure. She started to dry my feet to paint them, but had done no sort of scrub at all on Mr, or cuticle cream. The cuticle cream I could have dealt with but a big part of getting a pedicure having a nice scrub with salt or sugar! When I tried to say something of course she DIDNT UNDERSTAND and kept saying oh I will massage at end. I said I'm not talking about the massage I'm talking about a scrub.. I have gotten pedicures for 25 years and have ALWAYS had a scrub done. After that, the massage was a total of 2 MINUTES!!! My old salon would set a timer for 10minutes. This woman was very lazy and pedicures are expensive to not be done correctly. read more

I have been going to this nail salon ever since it opened. My mother and I have followed Tammi all over Chili. She used to work out of tanning salons, hair salons etc. Now she been at this location for many years! Tammi and her staff are quick neat and efficient. When getting acrylics they last for servers weeks! They try and use the most up to date products and techniques. They offer the wide variety of nail services. One technician TeTe is the most asked for technician for pedicures. She is gentle,neat, precise and thorough not to mention sweet and kind. They had several pedicure massage chairs so you can go as a group. They are usually quite busy which is usually a good indicator of a good salon. They do take walk ins but it's best to call and schedule an appointment. Recommend along with several of my friends. read more

My girlfriend and I absolutely love this place! I'm celebrating my birthday and needed to kill some time before dinner reservations. We found this place on the fly. We only had 2 hours before our reservations so we figured we would get our nails done. We called and the only availability at the time was going to be too late. They were so accommodating and wonderful that they allowed us to come in anyway. Everyone that worked there were lovely, pleasantly social, fun to be around and really made us feel welcome. They paid special attention to detail and whatever our requests were. Even with customers ahead of us and waiting a brief., We were in and out for both of us in under an hour. My girlfriend got a fill and I got a gel French manicure. They came out spectacular for both of us! Will definitely be going back and decided this is our go-to salon from now on. I highly recommend them. The prices are decent considering what a great job they did. Make sure to bring cash for a tip, they deserve it. read more

I first came here a few years ago when I went to the tanning place down the street at which they do nails as well. The lady there said her nail girl had left for the day and recommended I go to Super Nails. I've been going on and off ever since (when I can afford to) and I'm almost always satisfied. I've learn to stick with the tech who knows what I like. The acrylic lasts a LONG time and you can go a good three or four weeks before desperately needing a fill. They'll try to suck you in with adding designs and stuff, but just be firm on what you want. Rose and Tammy are both really good with the nail art, though, if you do want it added. They are on the cheaper end for acrylics and gels, even for a Vietnamese salon. But it is quality work and the good techs don't rush. The best deal is the mani+pedi if you just want your natural nails done. $35 for both! Make sure you bring cash for tips. read more

This place is garbage! I paid over $100 for a gel mani-pedi & ended up going to get them redone elsewhere a week later bc they were that bad! The pedi came out fine. Just red gel polish. But my nails I wanted 3 red, 2 black with rhinestones. I originally asked for leopard print design on one nail and they said they don't do that when they very blatantly advertise designs. I agreed on two black nails instead. I showed photos of what I wanted. The rhinestones were not placed neatly and were excruciatingly crooked, and she just globbed tons of nail glue on top of them making it come out uneven. She left glue on my fingers and cuticles, didn't trim my cuticles, didn't file my nails properly and used way too much polish! It was so horrible I thought she might be blind! There's no way a sane nail tech would let a customer leave like that! They were closing and I had no time to ask for a fix, so I just went to a different salon a week later and paid another $40 to have them redone!! DO NOT COME HERE!! Total waste of money! read more

i first came here for a change from my usual nail salon at lotus nails just down the road because i was fed up and unhappy with their crappy job doing my nails (started lifting after two days, didn't start from my nail bed, and paint jobs were crappy). i went in there and i got seated with someone instantly. the lady doing my nails was super nice and talkative even though she had some trouble with her english and asked about my day and what i was going to school for. her nail job was phenomenal - the best i've ever received. i asked for a silver line along my french tip and she gave me lots of nail polish options to choose from. when she found the polish that i chose to be gummy and clumped up, she did her best to thin it out and ended up making it work and look amazing. the silver line was very neat and straightly aligned. the acrylics covered my entire nail and there was no empty space at my nail bed which is my biggest issue when getting my nails done because my nails grow very fast. they stayed on far longer than any of my previous nails have ever stayed on and they didn't start profusely until i finally took them off. read more
