I wondered too , but you know we use Sesame seed on Bagels . Dough is just plain gross, not cooked & toppings seem to be a lower grade. We tried choosing cooking option of 'well done', which used to solve this. Nope. Have ordered over 3 times this past year to see if anything changed. Am throwing this one (again) into the trash. Worked hard today, exhausted, looked forward to a special treat, with extra for tomorrow's lunch. This has happened too often, gave them a year to change, so, removing their website from my bookmarks. Ordering something else next time. London seems to be a pizza desert. Baking done as requested and cut as requested. The thin crust is crusty without being dry. Crust is soft and moist with a nice crisp on top. Although delivery is pretty reliable with Domino's. And pretty quick. We picked up this order and it was ready when we got there. Hot and beautiful. There was ample toppings and cheese, and it was baked so that toppings browned up, and the cheese was golden. Very happy with this last order. And the last few have been good too. My previous reviews might not have been so kind but these days they deserve kudos. Although prices might seem higher than they used to be. It is definitely worth the price.

I walked in today (Friday) around 12:15pm which is peak hour for the lunch rush. You would think there'll be more than 2 employees working here on a Friday during peak hour but nope! Just 2 lonely staff doing all the work. First of all, I want to say that the two staff working were kind and very busy. You can tell they're very hard-working, but some extra help is definitely needed. I ordered their new bocci garlic bites ($1.50, great deal) and the woman said it's gonna take 15 minutes to cook. So I said "okay", sat down and waited. During the 20 minutes I had to wait, I witnessed a few things: 1. The tables and chairs haven't been wiped in some time 2. The chairs were everywhere, and nothing looked neat 3. The spice station was disorganized, the lids were open on the ketchup and seasoning bottles 4. Generally, a very messy establishment. 5. Three new customers came in and had to wait for 10 minutes to be greeted by a busy staff What shocked me the most was when the "manager" came out (he was actually a delivery guy but I thought he was the manager at first). He came out of the kitchen talking on his phone, took a customer's fry out of the box that was about to be delivered, ate it, and continued laughing and talking without helping any of the busy staff or doing his job properly. You could tell the call was a personal call (not the first time an employee was on their phone while working here). He slowly put the pizza boxes in a delivery bag and left, still on his phone. A note to the manager: PLEASE hire more staff, especially during peak hours! If you're already located in a mall, therefore business is pretty darn good for you, hire more staff so your customers won't have to wait 10 minutes to get greeted and your staff won't have to stress! I love Pizza Pizza, but this location is just too chaotic for me. Until the manager learns to hire staff, clean the restaurant and teach their employees not to eat the customer's food while talking on your phone during work, I'll just stick to bringing my own lunch.
