Hot and smokey fettucine - 5/5 It was nothing like I imagined it when I ordered it, but remarkably creative as it was rather far from typical italian that I've had. Technique wise it was top notch, which edged it closer to a thai or chinese dry noodle stir fry without any obvious sauce base (afaik just oil and spicy pepper). Very solid amount of heat as a good medium for the spicy-minded, which is surprising given that it's the only item on the menu marked spicy. Flavor-wise the chicken came out closer to what I'd imagine sausage to be at with how smokey it tasted, but with a nice aroma to it from browning the noodles and garlic.
