It's been a while since I had a good pizza and almost all the pizzas since we turned vegan were OK. When we found that PP had good pizzas and reviews were good as well, decided to give it a try. Ordered vegan poutine with vegan "sausage" and a pizza with Basil Pesto sauce with artichoke, sun dried tomatoes and roasted garlic as toppings. First the poutine. The fries good and the gravy was OK. Perhaps the oil for fries needed a change as it had an after taste. The vegan "sausage" was a letdown. Pieces of (vegan) hot dogs perhaps. Didn't go well. We assumed that the poutine would be served first, but it came almost half way of our dinner. The pizza was something else all together. Amazing crust - we could just eat the crust plain. The basil pesto one of the best we have had. The toppings plenty. Artichoke, garlic and sun dried tomatoes combo really worked for us. Baked well done, the way I like it. Only the tomatoes were a bit too well done and some of them completely dark. Very satisfying pizza after a long time. Too bad we didn't have room for vegan desserts. Service good and prompt. Could have used chilli peppers on the table or any other spice. read more

One of the best dining experiences I've had. This place knows how to make your night fun with great food and a great atmosphere. Not to mention a fantastic manager who went out of his way to make our evening extra special, you can tell he puts a lot of pride in his work and he seems like an all around great guy in general. read more

Sad face :( didn't realize I ordered par-baked! (Because I did not order par baked lol) I was so excited to try this pizza. Unfortunately it was like eating a spoonful of bbq sauce mixed with balsamic vinegar paired with chewy un-baked dough under it. There was hardly any chicken and far too much sauce. We ordered 2 pizzas and tomatoes soups for takeout. One soup was half full. Can't believe the response when we called to let them know!! They said that was normal! If you make a mistake, own up to it and stop saying a half container for $9 is normal. The other soup container was full. Won't go back with that attitude. I have been to Pizza Projekt a few times before but yesterday's visit was excellent. I went for my friend's birthday party, and was happy to see that they offer vegan options. They have daiya cheese and meatless pepperoni and lots of interesting topping choices. I tried pineapple, pear and spinach and it was awesome. The server was nice and overall it was a great experience! I'll be back for sure! read more

This place was pretty hype before it even opened. They gave out free slices on their grand opening day. In my opinion, the slices should not be thin with sparse toppings especially if you are trying to get people to like your pizza. I ordered the tater tot nachos and they were very small and overpriced. I doubt I will ever go here unless I am already at fleetway. The decor is nice. read more

We waited for 12 minutes before anyone even said anything to us. Empty tables weren't cleaned off. Horrible service, 20 minutes before drink order, 45 minutes before a starter of chips and aoli. Another table complained as this waiting game was happening to them as well. And it's not like all the tables were occupied at the time, it was only about a quarter full. Outside delivery and delivery to the lanes is 100% where the focus is not in the restaurant it self. Had possibly one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life here. We sat down to eat after 9:00pm and the restaurant was practically dead. We ordered 3 pizzas (2 of those being deep dish), an order of nachos, wings, fried pickles and a salad. 30+ minutes after placing our order, our server informed us of a "ticket error" and said only half of our meal had been put through to the kitchen (the wings, pickles and salad were ready, but none of the pizza's or the nachos had been put through). No big deal, we decided to wait to eat until our pizzas were ready. When the food finally arrived to our table (1 hour after we were seated), the food was honestly some of the worst looking food I've ever seen. The pizzas were undercooked, smothered in sauce, COLD in the middle, and none of the veggies were cooked. They had clearly rushed this order through to try and make up for their "ticket error." The nachos looked as if they'd been prepared by a toddler. The veggies were the size of toonies (some bigger, some smaller.. 0 consistency), the cheese was not melted, and they were basically cold as well. They looked as if they'd been put in the oven for 30 seconds and rushed out to our table (refer to photos below). The food that had been cooked prior to the error was burnt and dry. The server took one of the deep dish pizzas off our bill and we payed full price for everything else. Will not be returning. Please don't waste your time and money, you can get a better pizza and overall experience literally anywhere else. read more

Went there for the first time ever. Food is okay, pizza is definitely over priced,$16 for a 12" and the taste was just alright. Services was slow and only had one girl working on the floor. Over all, not very impressed with the food quality or the service. I don't think we will go back here ever again. read more

I got a pizza delivered to my place. The customer service was very friendly, but the toppings were applies a bit stingily, and the pie just tastes average. I appreciate that their spicy sauce is actually spicy, though, and that they have a good selection of toppings to choose from. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery at 330, after 40 minutes we called and they entered it in as pick up not delivery. Fine. After another hour of waiting, we called and were told that the delivery company was having issues. Also fine. My issue is that each time I called, I enquired about the food quality and whether it would be remade. They said they would check the quality to make sure it was good. At the end of it all we received our food at 6 and it was a soggy mess. The only redeeming quality was that they refunded us promptly. Will not be ordering again read more

This pizzaria is one of the two restaurants attached to and authorized to provide food for the fleetway bowling alley. Handmade pizza customized according to the diner's taste. Great deals on 18" family sized pizzas on certain days at $18/pizza. Good ambiance, friendly staff good deals. Pizza is decent, not gastronomical masterpieces. Plus they will deliver laneside, if you are bowling a frame or three. (Though I wonder if it's wise to have Pizza and Beer delivered right to your lanes while you bowl, as Pizza is considered finger food ) read more

This is definitely my favourite pizza place in town! Others try to imitate their deep dish but never come close. I also love their regular crust pizza- in particular the Don Carro. Another favourite of mine is the poutine creator- they have incredible fries and amazing gravy. If I feel like being healthy, their salads are HUGE and also delicious... but let's be honest I always get pizza and poutine!!!! read more

Attended some time ago. Food quality and ingredients were okay. Prices were high for what you get. Ambiance was about what you'd expect for a place in a bowling alley. Our server was fine, but the manager (probably a fill-in) came to our table to address a concern. He was rude and offensive, an embarrassment to the guests. Overall, not anything really special. Projekt Pizza is Perfect for you and your Family Yesterday, my family and two other families (5 adults and 4 kids aged 6 and under) all decided to try Projekt Pizza. It is the new pizza restaurant attached to Fleetway Bowling near Oxford and Wonderland. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the store's super friendly manager (James) who was great with us and with our kids. Every staff member who walked by greeted us with a smile, as well. This goes a long way, in my mind, in creating a fantastic atmosphere. Ordering our food was done very easily, even with lots of different requests and half and half pizzas. They put a lot of toppings on the pizzas and the pizza is superb! We also tried the wings and cinnamon buns with Nutella, which were equally tasty. We are going to order in from Projekt Pizza from now on, as well. My son and the Dads we were with all love sports and were thrilled by the 6 or 7 large screen TVs. It would definitely be a great place to go for a drink and bite to eat to watch a big game with lots of table space and a fun atmosphere. That being said, the TVs had a variety of shows ranging from sports to news to music videos. We were also amazed at the specials - a different one for every day of the week and all great values. The menu has lots of delicious options, everything is definitely reasonably-priced and the portions are big. Exactly what I look for in a restaurant - especially when feeding a family. I just went to Pizza Projekt for the first time and will not be back. The pizza was overpriced, very bland, overly salty, and very little sauce. If you like pizza, Sopranos is just down the street and is much better. Oh yes I forgot to mention that the service was very slow and there were about 5 tables with dirty plates from guests who had left 30 minutes prior. This pizza place came highly recommended online, so my gf and I were looking forward to ordering from a place in London that might not disappoint, for once. Unfortunately, true to London's consistent pizza restaurant form, it was really terrible and our order was riddled with mistakes. To get the delivery deal you have to call in as opposed to ordering online - although the poorly organized online menu says you can place the delivery deal order without a call, you can't. When we called we got told that they would try and get our pizzas out but it's their busy time, so no guarantees - which is a great way to lose customer confidence and rapport even before we get our food. Toppings on both pizza's were incorrect or missing. They changed green olives to black - I can't stand black olives - and on the second pizza they decided to leave our basil leaves off altogether. Pizzas were ordered with extra sauce, but they decided we should be happier with nearly none. The whole wheat crust was spongy and undercooked, so we actually had to put the pizzas in the oven again to finish them off at home. The pound of chicken wings were over-cooked, slimy pieces of mushy grease morsels with the incorrect sauce order - absolutely disgusting. They got our pop order correct and the delivery was quick, hence the 1 star, as opposed to none. As far as we are concerned this is another new restaurant of poor quality that hopes to bank on customer return based on minimal quality pizza place options. After Pizza Projekt, we realize that sometimes you get garbage even when paying top dollar (2 pizzas, 1 lb wings, 4 pops = 64$!) - surprised they don't charge extra for all their mistakes. Skip Pizza Projekt and hit a chain instead - at least the bad pizzas are cheaper. read more
