I thought this was just okay. I felt the prices were astronomical for the amount of food they give you, but I guess that's to be expected when you're on Disney property. The tacos were okay - I found them to be extremely greasy (like grease was just dripping all over) which kinda grossed me out. I can't say it was the cut of meat because I've had Barbacoa at other places and it's not been like this. Also, the toppings were so cold that it made the already not-so-hot meat cold very quickly. Probably would skip this place in the future. There are better options at DS.
This was my first taco cone and I hope it's not my last. I was at Disney springs looking for a quick dinner. This food truck is near the circ de solel entrances inside the shopping center. This was the something I quickly chose off the menu. I had several people stop me where I was sitting and eating to ask what it was. It looks HUGE but the bottom part was lettuce. Very similar to a taco salad. I ordered chicken and ate it with a fork. It was a short line, short wait, and I think it was only $12. A really great find! Delicious!
I love that Disney springs has these little food trucks! It's something quick and easy to get. It is right by the AMC, so nice little dinner go the movies. The service is super quick and they do have plenty of space to eat there. The only thing I'd say about this spot specifically is that I do wish they'd add a bit more to it. It was a lot of tortilla vs stuff in it.
First time trying this place and it did not disappoint! The service was great and super fast. There was no line when we got there around 11am. The food was delicious and they give you huge portions, i was pleasantly surprised. I couldn't even finish the taco cone cause i got so full.
It's a good truck and probably the best bang for your buck at Disney Springs The birria quesadilla was hot and delicious. The consumè needs work but the quesadillas was great. The food truck sits directly in the sun. FYI

My husband and I split a taco cone with vegan chorizo and a cilantro rice and beans. Both were fabulous! Very flavorful with just enough spice and not too much heat. Recommended!
This was a food truck at Disney Springs. The line was moving very slowly at first and it seemed like they were understaffed. Once another team member came out to help, the line moved much quicker and things became more efficient. The rice bowl was really good and full of flavor. The fried taco shell looked great and had a nice crispy texture, but the filling was just okay. The bottom was mostly lettuce, which made it feel a bit underwhelming and unbalanced. I was expecting more substance and flavor.
If you're craving something quick and you happen to be located at Disney Springs then you will likely find their food truck lurking around somewhere. With an only a few options of tacos, a bowl or quesadilla you shouldn't have to think too hard about what you want. I ordered the tacos. Their were extremely juicy and packed full of meat. Some might consider too juicy so make sure to get plenty of napkins and a fork. Food trucks are my go to, when I'm at Disney springs on weekends, due to the volume of people within the shopping center.
We popped by here to get food and save time in waiting in a restaurant. The line wasn't that long. Unfortunately it took us a half hour just to place our order (standing line in front of food truck), so we could've just gone to a restaurant. Once the order was placed, the food was ready quickly. I got chips with various dips, and tacos. The food was absolutely delicious! I think they might need more help. Or may need to force people to look at menu before getting to front of line, lol. I would return, but not if there's more than a few people in line.
I'm giving 3 stars -- one for the good service we received, one for the menu variety which includes a vegan/vegetarian option, and a third for the tasty taco filling. However, the tortillas were pretty stale and stiff, which was disappointing given the price.
A taco cone?! Yes please! My husband loved this. I had a rice bowl as the cone wasn't gluten free, and it was also really good (and more food for the same price)! We will definitely be back when we visit Disney Springs.
Solid pretty good if you are hungry and craving Mexican, but not great. We the taco cone (be prepared for really Smokey flavor), birria, and rice and beans. Chips were good and the shell for the taco cone was really good, super crispy/ flakey and good texture. Guac tasted a little bit old, and they got a couple of minor things wrong with our order. But there was only one lady taking and handing out orders so honestly understandable! She was amazing though cudos to her.
Was looking for an easy dinner in Disney Springs tonight and this food truck had no wait. We've seen it in another spot on location but hadn't tried it until now. We ordered the Birria Quesadilla and Burrito Bowl with Pork. It took 5 minutes before we had our order. The food came out hot and tasted fresh. The meats were delightfully juicy and the jus with the quesadilla was flavorful but not spicy. We live near another 4R location and found the food truck meat was juicy and not at all dry unlike the restaurants versions. I look forward to trying more things off their cantina menu!
The food is always great from 4 rivers. The idea of the cone is clever because you can walk with it and eat with a fork and bite the cone but, the amount of food you get inside isn't enough for the price point. It's narrow so, not as much as I'd like. Cool concept though. Quesadillas my friend got looked alright.:) she said the meat was good. read more

Some of the best street tacos for the best price in Disney! We ordered 3 street tacos- pork, chicken, & brisket- and they were all amazing. Highly recommend the chips & queso. It's a food truck with a decent amount of seating, but don't bank on it. Would eat again!! read more

Amazing ambiance and nice spot to just chill and relax overlooking the water. Super quick service after ordering as well. I really liked that they allowed you to get the three tacos with different meats, not all three had to be the same. I got chicken, pork, and brisket and all three were so delicious! Great spot to eat while at Disney Springs! read more
I tried the birria quesadilla here. The process to get the quesadilla was quick, customer service was good. There's places to sit and eat by the water and by the plants. The quesadilla was very tasty and cheesy. It's a good place to grab a quick bite. read more

This food truck inside Disney Springs has been my husband and I's go-to taco spot for more than 2 years now! We're fortunate enough to live close to Disney (Windermere area) and so with that, Disney Springs is one of the places that we usually go to after work to relax and dine. This food truck is located next to Starbucks near the hot air balloon ride. They share the space with other food trucks and they have a nice outdoor dining in the middle. You can also enjoy your food by strolling along the pathway on the side of the lake (best during sunsets!) Our go-to food would always be their Street tacos with either brisket or the tri-tip steak. Our next favorite would be the Birria tacos! The birria quesadilla is also a must try. I highly recommend checking this place out esp if you love tacos! read more
This food truck lives up to the hype! We only got tacos as an appetizer but OMG they were delicious. And a little spicy. The truck moves around but this time there was some seating available by the water at tables and benches. The menu is straightforward but I don't blame you if it's hard to choose what you want...everything is so appealing and looks good. I look forward to my next order of tacos. read more

Great food, great service, what more could you ask for? At this walk up window at disney springs, you can get some yummy Latin inspired handheld dishes that range from $8-18 each. I highly recommend asking for anything on the allergy friendly menu, as they have 3-5 offerings and they're all super yummy. read more
The problem with eating at Disney World is a lot of restaurants play it safe and are not adventurous. 4 Rivers is a pleasant change from this. 4 Rivers is a food truck located at Disney Springs in the West Side district ( I think I am not quite sure where the boundary is). The menu is pretty small they focus and simple Mexican foods. They have Tacos, TacoCones, Burritos, and Quesadillas. They are filled with a variety of meats abs fillings. Everything was pretty good. The best part about eating here is you get to grab a table and just chill by the lake eating some Tacos, a very pleasant change from most things Disney. The service was fine, it's a food truck after all, you order, grab a table and they yell out your name when the food is done. This is not fine dining but for a quick meal at Disney Springs this has to be one of the better options. If your there and want some tacos give this place a try. read more

Food was very pretty but wasn't my favorite. I got the Birria tacos and it took a while to finish preparing, despite their being no line and the flavor wasn't quite my favorite, but I do think that's just a matter of preference. I also split the dips with my mom and the queso just wasn't our style but it wasn't bad. read more

Excellent staff! Couldn't get any names but cashier and cooks were fast, friendly, and were wonderful ladies to interact with. Expect to wait in line on a Saturday night but the line moves quickly and food comes out of the truck just as fast. $11.75 each for Birria tacos, Birria quesadilla, and a mulita. Birria comes standard with beef, and mulita is your choice of filling--I chose chicken tinga. Excellent quality and portion size. I wish I would've asked for extra onion as a topping! Birria sauce was not my favorite but the Birria meat was extremely flavorful and filling. Mulita was definitely a little messy and required extra napkins but thankfully the truck is located next to the bathrooms. Overall, a wonderful spot for a quick service bite to eat that doesn't break the bank and perfect location for people-watching. read more

A great option if you're not looking for a formal sit-down dining experience. I had the chicken tings street tacos and they were pretty good. They food truck area has lots of tables and chairs with umbrellas. The staff were friendly and I got my food quickly. read more
A fast option in disney springs but an option that truely feels like it belongs in a theme park. The food isn't bad but not up to par with their main 4rivers brand. The options are well priced but very heavy, not what you want when walking in the Florida sun. read more

4 Rivers is in Disney Springs right over by World of Disney. It's courtyard style seating, but we didn't have an issue finding a table. We had a great view of the spitting Stitch. The food was great everything fresh and warm. The black means with cilantro was delicious and refreshing. I'm not generally a black bean fan but the cilantro added a twist I definitely appreciated. Of the 3 taco combo, the brisket was definitely my favorite. We had steak, pork, and brisket. It was a messy lunch, but sooooo good. 4 Rivers is also located right next to Sunshine Churro, so I would absolutely recommend heading over there and getting yourself a little slice of cinnamon sugar heaven. read more

If you're coming to Disney Springs do to shopping/activities, this food truck is definitely a good way to get food quickly and save a little money compared to all the restaurants. It has your standard Mexican munchies, and I went for the tacos, but the taco cone looked neat and I wish I had tried that. The cashier warned me the chicken was a little spicy, and it definitely had a kick, but the 3 tacos were very filling and all the ingredients stayed in the shell. The wait was very short and we grabbed a bench nearby to sit (some tables around but not many.) My friend did get a burrito bowl and asked for no rice and got a lot of rice though, not sure if it was just a simple mistake though. For a quick and cheap bite, this is a good way to go. No margaritas though. read more

Pretty good Mexican food truck. My boyfriend and I both got the burrito bowls. I got mine with roasted sweet potato and we got the other with Barbacoa. I really wasn't a huge fan of the sweet potato. I always make sweet potato tacos at home, so I guess I was expecting something a little different. But the sweet potato came in huge chunks and they were pretty flavorless. The barbacoa had a better flavor. The rest of the bowl was pretty good. I really enjoyed their rice. It also comes with lettuce, sour cream, Guac, jalapeños, beans, and tortilla strips. Was here during thanksgiving holiday. The sever was really nice!!!! Greet you in a happy voice! Giving the fact that it was the holiday, some other place actually gave you that sad face or attitude. The food test awesome, the price was fair! I really wanna thank the person who take my order and hand me my food. Also, hand me the hot sauce packets. I went back wanting to give her tips.
