I thought this was just okay. I felt the prices were astronomical for the amount of food they give you, but I guess that's to be expected when you're on Disney property. The tacos were okay - I found them to be extremely greasy (like grease was just dripping all over) which kinda grossed me out. I can't say it was the cut of meat because I've had Barbacoa at other places and it's not been like this. Also, the toppings were so cold that it made the already not-so-hot meat cold very quickly. Once another team member came out to help, the line moved much quicker and things became more efficient. The rice bowl was really good and full of flavor. The menu is pretty small they focus and simple Mexican foods. They have Tacos, TacoCones, Burritos, and Quesadillas. They are filled with a variety of meats abs fillings. Everything was pretty good. The best part about eating here is you get to grab a table and just chill by the lake eating some Tacos, a very pleasant change from most things Disney. The service was fine, it's a food truck after all, you order, grab a table and they yell out your name when the food is done. This is not fine dining but for a quick meal at Disney Springs this has to be one of the better options. If your there and want some tacos give this place a try. read more

Birria comes standard with beef, and mulita is your choice of filling--I chose chicken tinga. Excellent quality and portion size. I wish I would've asked for extra onion as a topping! Birria sauce was not my favorite but the Birria meat was extremely flavorful and filling. Mulita was definitely a little messy and required extra napkins but thankfully the truck is located next to the bathrooms. Of the 3 taco combo, the brisket was definitely my favorite. We had steak, pork, and brisket. It has your standard Mexican munchies, and I went for the tacos, but the taco cone looked neat and I wish I had tried that.
