Talk about quick service! This was my first time visiting and I had the pleasure of being serviced by John (10). He used precise strokes of acrylic, dule action with the hand dryers and a great attitude had me out in no time. I got a cut down and fill in for a first time visiting but I'll be back to try out this establishments design skills. I also got my eyebrows done and J did an okay job cleaning them up(kinda butchered the left one) . The building is very clean and well lit lots of color choices to choose from ( they have multiple walls of color. I went in. They gave me a price of $95 to do my nails cause they're very long when I got there for my appointment. They raised it to 120 so I tipped the 20 bucks on my card so the total came to 140 so the second time I went in I was sure it was the same price 120+ $20 for tip. The third time I went in I know they prefer cash so I gave the tech $40 and I told the cashier I gave him 40 in cash so put the rest on my card she still charged me 140 so they the price to 180 and one of my nails crooked and they won't fix it. I had been going to this salon on and off for a few years since Ben worked there. Service was always good. Since Ben left, Brian has taken over, good service. The lady wouldn't wax my eyebrows because I am little sensitive to honey wax. I prefer the pink wax. But I still wanted it. She told me to go elsewhere. Yesterday I tried to call for a appointment for my nails, no one answered. They won't answer if they don't see your name on called ID. So I called from my home phone still no answer. Had a pedicure here and was taken back without waiting . I was the only person there, which says a lot. But I was already there. The pedicure was just ok. Nothing special. It was just the minimum of effort and finished in about 20 minutes. Pedicures elsewhere usually taking around 30 minutes or more. I haven't gone back. read more

I went in today to get my nails filled in. Tiffany was the person who helped me today. She takes her time doing your nails and is very thorough. I very much appreciated that about her. My nails look OK but only OK by my own doing. Tiffany put on the white nail polish and asked me to check it and see if I liked it before she put the topcoat on. I glanced at it quickly and said it was OK. Upon looking more closely on the way home, I noticed that some of the lines were not as sharp or neat as they could be. Had I actually looked, I could've asked her to make it a little bit neater. So really, my fault on that one for not paying more attention. I highly recommend Tiffany. This place sux. A pedicure ONLY includes a soaking and lotioning of feet/legs. If you expect to get your feet scrubbed (not callous removal) GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Second times almost a charm! I went in with the intention of redeeming my offer however, due to my error I'll have to wait until my next visit. This is a very nice and clean shop. They really strive to make your visit pleasant. I'm still trying to figure out who's the best nail tech. I had a basic mani & pedi which cost $36. Keyword basic! Do not expect a complete and thorough scrub to remove callus nor expect any callus remover applied. You can purchase that as an add-on for $5 or upgrade your pedi to the deluxe. Do expect the normal maintenance around your toenails. As for the mani it's pretty basic soak, cuticles and nail maintenance. I'll be returning to redeem my offer and this time I'll be sure to ask for the managers. Until next time yelpers! read more

I entered this business today for a pedicure. The salon was very clean. After about a 5 minute wait I was taken back to the pedicure chair and offered something to drink. As soon as the tech started clipping down my nails I asked, "Are you new?" He person replied, "No. I've been doing nails for a while. I could tell immediately that that was not true. Wanting to give the person the benefit of the doubt, I let them finish. When the person finished I was so unhappy with the end result. Another tech tried to fix the poor job that was done to no avail. I would have needed to have the pedicure completely redone. Needless to say, I won't be back. I felt they rushed my husband and my mani-pedis. The place wasn't packed so I'm not sure why. The price for the mani-pedi was one thing on the "menu" and another price when we went to pay. The guy working as cashier said the prices displayed were for Monday - Thursday (that wasn't written with the price). I should've left when the guy didn't want to hand me the nail polish bottle. Almost a year ago I moved to the area and I went here for a fill. It was the quickest fill I have ever received, and very sloppy. The man who did my nails layered on the acrylic pretty thick and typically the nail tech will then file it down to smooth out any lumps and unevenness... not here. He simply piled on the acrylic and sent me to the lady to put the polish on my nails, leaving me with lumpy and unnatural looking nails. I can echo everything the other posters said about the pedicures being awesome. My gel manicure was pretty bad. It looks like I did my own nails on my way out the door. My nail tech was pretty rough with the cuticle tool to the point where I bled. They left the doors open so flies came in and get landing on my legs (maybe because of the scrub I got during the pedi) and it was irritating me, so hopefully they'll stop doing that. One of the guys who worked there decided to play a video game with the sound ON....coming through speakers. So while I'm getting my nails hacked I hear, 'Kill him! Finish him!' Not exactly what I expect to hear while I'm at a nail salon. They've got some kinks to work out. It's a great space. They have an awesome color selection. The customer service is pretty good. Stopped by this place while out of town for business and thought I'd be good to go since it has such great reviews. It's a nice little shop that appears to be kept pretty clean. Unfortunately my nails don't look as good as the shop. Honestly I walked out of there pretty upset because this is probably the worst nail job I've ever had and nearly double the price of my nail shop. All I needed was a fill with a French manicure And the white tips are awful. Imprecise and muddled looking. Also the shape is not what I wanted or what I had when I walked in but I didn't see what he had done until it's too late. Last minute decision to get nails and a pedicure done before traveling out of town. It was Sunday morning and the sign on the door stated 11:00 well the workers, owners, or whomever did not show up until after 12:00 noon. No apologies no anything about being over an hour late to work. I guess it is a luxury since they were the only nail place open on Sunday in Aberdeen. That should have been an immediate warning sign but heck it's Sunday so benefit of the doubt. Their dress code did leave a lot to be desired sweats with stains, dirty unbrushed hair, and flip flops. I'm not a snob by any means if you come to my home on the weekend you will probably catch me in the same attire, but not when I am going into my place of business!! That was my second warning that this was not such a good idea. The highlight of the pedicure was the massage chair, and in all honesty the pedicure wasn't a bad experience I have had better but I'm sure it could have been worse. Now comes the full set of nails, it started out fine with the clip, trim, glue, and shape; however when I asked her to cut them down to where I needed them it seemed it was a hardship to trim. When the glue didn't hold and I asked her to reglue two nails she did not take that very well. When I think about it why did I have to point out that two of the glued nails were coming off, she could see that they were barely hanging on. It was just a bad idea from start to finish to go here to have my nails done. So please take my advice if you need a pedicure and it is a Sunday then this would be an ok place for an emergency, but PLEASE reconsider having you nails done here. read more
