I left with a sore on my toe from her aggressive nail filing. At the end, when she was finished, I had to ask her to go back because she missed the side of my big toe nail. Then when I went to pay, they tried to charge me for a service I did not ask for (gel polish). I kindly requested the extra be removed and they looked baffled as to how to do that.
