The healthy drink options are great they provide amazing herbal drinks . That are even custom made . They have so many different options from Mango soursop sea-moss , pineapple soursop sea-moss & elderberry soursop sea moss . It's so good for you . Especially when leaving the gym or even before a gym workout ‍. Also if your not planning to work out it's a great meal supplement. The salmon is fresh and juicy it has a light seasoning everything was amazing

I love a good smoothie. Beets strawberries and ginger. Lots of ginger

1st time coming here since a friend hyped up the place. I ordered a Strawberry, Beets and ginger smoothie and it was amazing. No artificial flavors just fresh and raw ingredients. I also love that dynamics of the store. They also have a fitness center inside as well. I will definitely come back to try different options. Did I mention the service here is top notch as well. 5Stars!!

I've eaten here before; the food is okay for lunch or breakfast, I just feel they can work on being a little more organized. This spots primary customer base are students & employees of UMDNJ. They have a lot of heathy choices such as salads, fruits & smoothies, my average spending for lunch has been about $8.00 which includes my drink, but it can be more if I have a salad which is about $8.50. I would eat here ago, but I pray they learn to speed it up, after all my lunch break is only an hour. update: 09/22/2015 today's experience was better than my previous experience, I placed my order online through the yelp app, the food was ready when I got there & let me just say the salad was delicious, a salad is always just okay, but the shrimp were so tasty, very well seasoned; therefore I have changed their rating from a 3 to a 4. From now on I will only order through the app. Bon Appetite !

My mom talks highly of this place, so I finally listened to her and I go. I paid $1 per shrimp not seasoned total was $19, before tax and my salmon was overcooked and dry. They were afraid to add teriyaki sauce. I take it back and they accommodate me with new salmon done right, but still afraid to put anything on the rice or veggies

The 4 seasons is my go to for whenever I want to pick up lunch during a study break. Their chipotle wrap and 4 seasons wrap are super delicious, but if I had to choose one, I'd go with the chipotle wrap with grilled chicken on wheat. Usually this place is very busy during lunch hours, about 12-1:30, and there usually is a wait since everything is made fresh. Worth the wait though! Their smoothies are also very good. I normally get the true blue smoothie. I definitely recommend checking this place out! *Has it's own parking lot.*

I loved everything about this place! Very spacious! Parking was easy. This place also has a gym next door. I had the 4 seasons veggie wrap! DELICIOUS!! I couldn't finish it! Had the rest for dinner! The smoothie was also very delicious! I will definitely come back to visit again!

I ordered brown rice , shrimp & salad. I also ordered a power green shake and a wheat grass shot. The brown rice is very very good and the sauce they top the shrimp with is awesome. The food is always satisfying & it comes out within 10 minutes after ordering. My boyfriend loves this place and the fact that it's affordable .

Two floors with the main floor having tons of bar stools, Tabes and a lower nook area with a larger table and some couches. Upstairs offers a long community table with window lounge seating bright and even whimsical with a lovely floor to ceiling book case. Menu offers snacks, small bites and more substantial meal options. They also do a happy hour special beginning at 4! I opted for a dirty chai (5/5) and scrambled egg and cheddar sandwich (5/5) both were delish! Appreciated the side salad as well! If you're looking for a spot to work, meet a friend or enjoy some time to your self reading a book definitely check it out. Staff is friendly, noise is reasonable and not disruptive, space is bright and open. Free WiFi. Plenty of places nearby if you wanted to try another spot for food. The only bummer is the Parking. There is street or nearby parking lot but street parking was full even at 9:30 AM the lot is covered but $5 for 2 hours and up from there.

I especially appreciated how everything tasted fresh yet comforting at the same time. The service was warm and attentive without being overwhelming, which made me feel really relaxed and taken care of. And the ambiance? It just has that effortless, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer

The ambiance is cheerful and inviting, it transported us to a warm island day for our brief stay. It seems there was only one barista working that day and she was very helpful, patient, and friendly. My husband ordered the Cremas Latte and oh my god I wish I got it, it was so delicious; creamy, flavorful and sweet. I ordered the iced toasted almond "hot" chocolate, it was a very rich dark chocolate taste with the amaretto flavor coming through nicely. It was not overly sweet which I enjoyed. I think this is how hot chocolate was meant to taste and I'll be curious to try it hot. I also appreciated that there was some of my drink that didn't fit in the cup, so the barista gave it to me in another cup. My son ordered a Golden Mango Smoothie- he loved it! I love that it has turmeric in it, I felt good letting him have this drink. We also got some snacks. We ordered the Haitian beef patties which were very authentic. You get two per order which was a nice surprise. My son wanted to eat all 4 from our two orders. We also ordered a mini chocolate cake which was decadent and moist and a mini key lime pie which was refreshing and delicious! It was really nice being able to go to a Haitian cafe. My husband and son are Haitian and we enjoyed teaching our son about his culture while he can enjoy treats made with imported Haitian ingredients and recipes. He also enjoyed looking at the art work which prompted him to ask my husband more questions. I only wish there was better parking, especially for us out-of-towners, but I know that is hard in a city.

There's free street parking right up front. I've been here twice and both visits were positive experiences. The cafe is small, but cozy. The greenery and natural lighting make it a welcoming space to meet up with a friend over coffee and pastries or to study. There's a few tables, a couch, and stool seating facing the window. There's also free wifi and outlets. The tables are on the smaller side and the cafe isn't that big, so it's probably not best for large groups. Their menu is simple and a bit limited. Honestly... I prefer it that way! They have your core espresso drinks and a few paninis and croissant sandwiches. They bake their own pastries fresh on the premises. I recommend trying their cookies - they are huge, soft, and chewy! They also specialize in custom cakes for special occasions. Everything is reasonably priced. Baristas are sweet and efficient. They make some tasty iced lattes! The espresso is strong, but not too bitter. It has just the right balance of coffee and milk. I recently tried the Ham Solo sandwich ($10) which included scrambled egg, ham, cheddar, and avocado on a croissant with a side of chips. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order it again. The egg was dry and the ham and cheese tasted like those cheap, pre-sliced ones from grocery stores. If I lived closer, I could see myself stopping by more often. Check them out if you're in the area!
