So I want to start out by saying that aside from there being a few specks of polish on my skin, my nails actually look pretty good and the experience itself wasn't bad. But where they lost a lot of points for me was their covid protocols. While another nail place I went to gave us our own file and buffer, 4 seasons still used equipment used on other people (which I'm hoping was at least washed before it was used on me). I had two ladies work on me, one on my feet one on my hands. The lady working on my feet used gloves while washing my feet but not while painting them, which didn't bother me THAT much since it's not like I'm touching my face with my feet. However the lady doing my hands was not wearing gloves and even used her fingernail to scrape something from my cuticle/nail. This is a little concerning since they did a hand and arm massage. Then the lady who was doing my feet finished the nails on my hands with out gloves and with out a mask (they were both wearing masks before). 3) Customer service was meh but nothing beyond that. The lady doing my feet missed the tops of my nails so I asked her to do it. For some reason she didn't know what I meant and it took a few minutes to communicate what I wanted. Then after finishing my nails, the lady went into what must have been a break room while my nails dried and I could hear her laughing and either talking loudly on the phone or watching videos and it took her quite a while to come back. All in all it was an ok experience. I had a gift certificate that I used up, but if I were to spend my own money, I don't think I'd go again. I popped in here today because I'm a previous customer from 2018 when one of their staff was simply amazing and because other recommended salons were fully booked for the week. Sadly, I was told the staff member no longer worked here, so I showed the current staff photos of what I wanted done (which I've had done before with no issue) and they said they would be able to do it - which was an acrylic overlay french manicure on my very short nails. I normally do my own nails with gel/shellac, but I wanted acrylic this time. It wasn't until the woman started working on my nails that I realized there were no Covid protocols in place (with the exception of masks). I should have noticed beforehand, but there was only one other customer waiting for her pedicure to dry, and honestly? I didn't even think of it. My bad. I'm double vaccinated, but still...I had a pedicure at another salon last week, and they had excellent protocols in place. The initial procedure was rough - I pulled my fingers away at least twice as the tools used were either too harsh or the heat was too much. This isn't something I'm used to experiencing. The technician (owner?) seemed very rushed and sort of put out that I had come in...and I'm not sure what the rush was considering I was the only one in the salon. I probably should have gotten up and left, but that felt so final. Again, my bad... In the end, my nails were a 6 out of 10 - I went home and filed them to the correct shape afterwards, and my fingertips were throbbing from the earlier filing. Again...not something I'm used to. My nails look okay after I filed them, but the rough filing/handling/heat and home after-care are enough that I won't be back to this salon . read more

After phoning to make sure they had time for an appointment because my time is very limited today, I arrive and get told to wait 10 minutes... 20 minutes goes by and no sign of anyone being ready to take me and Super disappointed, but I just don't have time to wait anymore which is why I called beforehand . So I guesss don't come here if you are on a time crunch read more

There are some pretty poor reviews on here but they do look like they are from a few years ago so maybe there has been a lot of improvement. I love this place! Every time I have gone in the women have been so nice and helpful. I got a full acrylic gel manicure last night and came in for a walk in without realizing they closed in a half hour. The woman who did my nails stayed over an hour after closing to finish my nails! I also opted for the unicorn powder/chrome finish and she was super upfront and clear about additional costs of all the extra nail art options. This was a great experience and my nails look amazing. Whenever I don't have time to get here for my nails I regret getting them done anywhere else. read more

It was such a beauty morning and I wanted to make my nails super stunning so I first went to this shop. As soon as I got there, I realized that there was a 1 star yelp review and I was shocked! I already booked my appointment and I felt so bad if I cancelled. There was no turning back so I had to get my mani and pedi done. It was a lonely place and I saw 2 workers. The owner herself and Yen. Yen was actually a caring person. She took care of my toes and nails and it felt like a delicacy. I was so amazed how they've done and I just want to prove those 3+ year old reviews that these people have improved A LOT! Now I could be happy with the manicure and pedicure I have!!!! read more

The worst place I have ever been. I went in for a bikini wax and stood up to realize the employee had damaged all the blood vessels from pulling too hard and using burning wax. When I brought this to her attention she told me my "skin was too sensitive". I have had this done before and never resulted in swelling and pain. I came back the next day for a refund as the whole area was bruised and I was in lots of pain. The same employee proceeded to scream in my face and wave her brochure that said "no refunds"... no refunds for hurting your customers? She screamed in front of all her clients for 15 min before I left. Honestly embarrassing for her. If you want to go to a place where the customer is never right and the employees are the biggest bitches then this is the place for you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Absolutely awful customer experience! !! I phoned early in the day and made an appointment for a mani pedi for 5:30pm. On the phone they didn't even take my name or number. I showed up 5 mins early and there was 2 ladies working on 1 lady. One of the ladies came over and told me to pick my color from the wall. Usually you get seated have your feet soak and then you get the nail chart to pick your color. I had to ask for a color chart and then the lady told me to sit started to fill the feet soaker with water and walked away. The water was cold, seemed dirty and the chairs were uncomfortable. I had to tell the lady that the tub was going to overfill. I sat there with cold water on my feet for 20 mins while 2 ladies worked on 1 person! Another lady came in 10 mins after me and said she had a 5:30pm appointment and was waiting as well. I asked how much longer they were going to be and the lady said 10 mins. I said that is ridiculous and left. Not once did they ask if I wanted or needed anything. Didn't ask how the water temperature was. Didn't apologize for running late. Nothing! Now I am stuck with this gift certificate to this awful place and I desperately needed a pedicure. Hopefully I can see if they will refund my money but I doubt it. I rather loose the money then be treated like this and risk a chance of an infection. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Terrible experience. As I am been travelling from England I found the salon on Google. I only wish i had found the reviews beforehand, I had made an appointment but, when I arrived for an acrylic nail refill the lady was out, they said she would be back in 2 minutes. She finally arrived 13 minutes later, a quick apology and then she started rushing to start the treatment, three minutes later she asked if I would mind waiting for another 7 minutes, then asked me if I was in a hurry! I said I was, as a friend had driven me over and was coming back for me. The lady then said it was an urgent doctor's appointment but she would be quick. I didn't feel that I had a choice and agreed, reluctantly. She finally came back 16 minutes later and after asking me if I was ok, she then rushed through the rest of the treatment, she was quite rough and kept stopping and attending to other clients who also had appointments. The end result was awful, the nail varnish was put on badly and she had missed it in one or two places. I would have complained and asked her to do some repairs but, as my friend was now waiting for me, I paid and left, but didn't leave a tip. It was expensive as well. Worst salon I have ever been to. This place is terrible. I have never been so poorly treated by a company in my life. I received a GC for a 45 minute massage. Made an appointment. Went on time. Waited 45 minutes while they kept accepting walk in nail clients. Finally got in. She kept leaving the room mid massage to accept more walk ins. After 25 minutes she said she couldn't do anymore today and to come back. Without a word more she left. I called the owner to complain. He said he would call back.... He never did. TERRIBLE. read more
