I booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure. She originally said 2:30 PM and I said I don't have time to wait. Are you gonna be on time? She said OK 245Pm. I waited over 40 minutes to be served. She put my hands to be soaked and they were so wrinkled. I had shellac nail polish that needed to be taken off and truly she should've applied the nail polish remover. I love my manicure and pedicure, but of time is important think twice before booking here. They overbook themselves. read more

Got the worst shellac polish job imaginable. Looks like a child did it. I pointed out the sloppy job, numerous times while they were doing it, she tried to fix it by adding more and more polish, even after I had told her to stop. Ending up with about 6 coats that are wonky and uneven, still not even coming close to the sides of the nails. I'll be going to get them redone at my regular salon tomorrow. Worst part is, they expected me to pay, when I said I wouldn't pay for this poor of a job, or thy could re do it for me, the manager who refused to even LOOK At my nails to see how bad they were, began screaming at me in from of other customers! they we're pretty good. i went because it's super close to my house and I thought I'd try it out. I had an early Saturday morning appointment (9am) and when I got there there was already four other women getting their nails done. It's super busy, I would definitely recommended making an appointment (on weekends, especially). I liked how they bag and keep the nail file, etc. that they use on you for the next time you come in. They were not the fastest, but the quality was good. I as getting a mani/pedi and I was in there till about 11am (2 hours). BUT I think the lady who was doing my nails was the owner or manager because she had to keep dealing with the phone and if anyone walked it, so that slowed it down a bit. Overall, I would go back. Pretty good price too, $45 for the mani/pedi. read more

I have gone to White Angel Nail quite a few times. I've always found the ladies to be pleasant and the service good. The last time I went they weren't busy. I went for a pedi and while the lady was working on my feet a fellow employee spoke to her continuously. I didn't understand a word. However, whatever the conversation was about it seemed to upset her to the point that she nicked me twice. I mentioned that it hurt. She had done my feet before and never hurt me. Because of the nicks a few days later I was in the hospital with blood poisoning. It spread to my leg and went up towards my knee. I had 105 temperature. I was off work for 3 weeks and had to walk with a cane. It was very painful. That was 8 weeks ago. I still have bruises on my leg and the leg gets very tired. They bruises might never go away. The nurses at the hospital said that they would never get a pedi or mani unless a podiatrist recommended a place. They clean their instruments but don't sterilize them. They wash the basins, but if there are jets, they can't clean them properly. Don't get a pedi. I'm never getting one again. read more

Hated it!!! Will NEVER go back. The people are nice but the end result is sub par at best. My nails started lifting 2 days after the manicure. The crystal on one of my nails fell out. Ive had better manicures elsewhere. Pedicure was sub par as well. The massage was non existant. There were three different women that were doing my pedicure. One to file and the others to paint...? If I could give this salon zero, I would have. First of all, the ambiance is not spa-like at all, which is fine if you need a quick and cheap manicure. However, they completely ruined my nails! I decided to take off my shellac, and when it wouldn't kill off quickly, after soaking in the acetone, they decided to just file it all off using their electric instrument. This is fine if you were just going to put another layer of shellac on, but they knew that I wanted natural nails. My nails are now ruined until they grow out completely! The technician then tried to hide it by suggesting I put a clear coat of polish on top. When I refused, she tried three times to convince me that I should do that. On top of it all, the three technicians just talk to him ask them selves the entire time, and barely ordered one word to me in English throughout my entire appointment. Save yourself the time, money, and save your nails. This place is not worth it. I will not be going back. read more

When I first started coming here I was a bit uncomfortable with everyone speaking a different language and laughing all the time but I've realized that they are just communicating and having fun. The only place I'll go to to get my nails done. They staff there is extremely friendly and know what they're doing. It's inexpensive but you get more than what you pay for. Shellac manicures are perfect and pedicures are as well. I've had a couple sets of gel nails and they are done with care and always turn out great. Definitely come here if you want to get your nails done but call ahead!! They get filled up pretty quickly. read more

The ladies are very friendly and the owner was there and she told me a little history of their salon, they have been there for over 14 years and recently had opened my favourite pho restaurant beside the salon. I called last minute and they squeezed me in right away which was very accommodating since they seem like a very busy salon. My nails look great and I will definitely be back! read more

If I wanted polish all over my cuticles, I would have asked my little cousin to paint my nails! My manicure and pedicure polish was uneven and all over my cuticles and skin. The manicure nail lengths were uneven, filing was not smooth, and my nails all started to break a day later. I was the last appointment for the day and noticed this when I got home, therefore I took pictures the same evening so I could follow up with the manager, Nancy. I had a terrible experience with the manager and staff at the salon. They were unprofessional and AGGRESSIVE towards me! Nancy even had the nerve to question me if the pictures on my phone were mine! All I wanted them to do was fix the bad polish job and repaint my nails. A SIMPLE 10 minute job! Waste of my time and money and made 2 trips to the salon! Worst customer service! I told them I would never recommend to anyone! Very stressful situation. I would give this Salon a ZERO! read more
