The second one was making a squeaking noise from underneath and had a flashing airbag light on the dash. The third had an even worse jerk in the transmission and when the lady took it back to park it I could even visibly see the transmission jerk standing in the parking lot. When I spoke with the sales lady she told me "Well they're used cars" yeah they want you spend $5000 for the transmission to give out before you even get it home. She also said "the airbag light isn't a big deal" which idk I think it's a pretty big deal myself but to each their own. BUYER BEWARE!

There are too many places that sell cars in this area to put up with that kind of rude behavior. Always check Kelly blue book because H & H autos cars are extremely marked up.

We choose the car we wanted, did all things and left with a used 2020 vehicle with a little over 32k miles. Thirty minutes down the road the check engine light came on. We called the dealership and we're advised to take it to Advance Auto and have them run the code. On the same day the car started having other electrical issues & messages. We got the car home to Roanoke safely and called Monday. After speaking with the sales man & sales manager for 30 mins they finally decided to let us take it to local shop and work with them. I also called and left a message with the general manager to call me (he was on vacation). My local dealership couldn't recreate the issues but did note the parking brake wasn't working and the oil hadn't been changed. I had to return to Martinsville the following weekend to get the tags which wasn't an issue because we were going to NC as we have family there. I tried to give them the records from my shop to show what they did, they didn't want them. Nelson now wants us to bring the vehicle back to them to see if the can recreate the electrical issues and fix the parking brake. When I asked the mechanic why he was charging so much for an oil change, he stated that the oil filter for my car was expensive. I called around and checked the price for this oil filter and it was not expensive. I will never give them my business again.

A technician at Nelson was able to open the cover, showed us where the manual override was located in the back cargo area (helped diagnose the issue since the manual override did not work, so probably cable running between actuator and locking mechanism). After talking to the lady that greeted us we were told the car was never on there lot and was at another lot were it had been sent to another dealership in there group were it was being sold . The GM did not even come out to talk to us till I told the young lady I was leaving a review., then she came out to tell us it was not there fault and to have a good day. She acted like it was no big deal. The only bright side was we talked to someone and was sent to one of the other lots in the group were they were tryed to find us a car but with no luck .
