The picked peppers were shortcut with Mama Lil's (one can recognize them), and while good, they just were not what I would expect in an Italian Beef Dip. Should be some roasted pepper and some house-picked peppers. I've had too many great Chicago Italian Beef Dip sandwiches over the years. Those (when done well) are a 10.
