Bought a new 2023 F-150 Tremor and after getting my LineX spray in bed liner done I needed a BAKFlip Bed Cover. Purchased it from Nick at the desk and a few days later it arrived. I dropped off my truck and in under an hour it was done by one of the Techs in the back. Beautiful work and what a pleasant experience, I can't recumbent them more. I did tip the tech because that guy works hard for a living unlike when you oder fast food of coffee and they flip around the register and it asks for a tip. It's like an addictive chemical they put in my cereal every morning. So when I got a new truck I had a list of parts in no time flat. Enter 4wheel parts! I went in and found they were having a cyber monday sale. Got a killer deal on wheels and tires, threw in a lift and shocks and the price was surprisingly competitive with any online vendors and install was included to boot. The install was great, the time they took with me to put together a package that I loved and worked with my budget was refreshing and much appreciated as well. The wait time for parts was all held up by lug nuts which was a bummer cause you always get antsy about getting your rig finished but besides that I was very pleased with the entire experience. The only point of criticism was the inside of my truck was left in shambles looking for my wheel key, but the truck looks amazing so it was forgivable. Overall very happy with 4wheel parts. Knowledgable staff, full install and alignment services, I'm glad we have a boise location and always try and support them when I can to keep this great local resource alive and i think you should to. read more

The service department was above and beyond the call of duty. I took my lifted Nissan Xterra there for an alignment, and they showed me that my front upper control arm joints were bad. We ordered and replaced them with high-performance SPC upper control arms that are very adjustable and allowed me to move the front tires forward eliminating my over-sized tires from rubbing on my fenders. They had to trim my front coil, spring buckets to gain clearance and they did not charge me for the extra work. If you have an Xterra, you should have them put SPC upper control arms on your rig. When I went in to inquire about lift kit, bully bar, front bumper, and exhaust system the counter guy starts talking shit about CA because they offer limited exhaust systems because it's a CA owned company. So.... On June 20 I ordered a terraflex lift kit for my jk from 4wp in Boise. A few days later I cancelled the order after finding something elsewhere that I liked more. I was initially pleased and surprised that 4wp would cancel my order and had intended to spend more money there soon as a long time customer at a few locations in colorado and also having a long shopping list. When I went to cancel the order however the fella behind the counter after attempting to retain or modify the order seemed to become very very rude. I found this to be odd behavior. I was told my 6 thousand in cash I had deposited for my 7200$ priced lift kit would be returned to me by check in the mail in 5 to 15 business days. I then asked them if they would like my address.... lol! The attempt to refund and cancel my order seemed disingenuous at best on their part. They begrudgingly seemed to take down my address. After 15 business days I returned on July 18 and politely attempted to enquire about my refund as the time had elapsed and unsurprisingly no refund was mailed to me. One gentleman would not look at me and another angrily informed me that he did not have 6k in cash in the store. I simply smiled. His demeanor indicated that he wanted to assault me or at least provoke an altercation. This simply tells me that they have dealt with a lot of angry customers and are very defensive. The manager seemed nice but had a very clear deer in headlights look. He said he would email sum one and call me soon, as I offered to take store credit as they seemed angry and desperate to retain revenue. To be easy. It's been a week, no call as promised from the manager "Phil" have yet to hear from these people. This is a clear cut case of fraud. This business is foundering and staffed by wildly incompetent people . I would recommend you avoid them and go to BUCKS or American vintage 4x4 in nampa . Looks like I'll end up in court with 4wp. No fun. If I could give no stars I would . Fraudulent business. Staffed by knuckleheads. Also weird that these employees of the store are sweating my money more than I am. Not worth being nasty over. I walked in, went up and down every isle including in front of the parts counter without any acknowledgement of my existence. 3 guys were working at the counter with only one of them being on the phone. The store empty, clean, but the lack of customer service was very off putting to say the least. I am also in the market for a lift kit, tires and possibly wheels. I ordered push pins for the taillights for a 2013 jeep grand cherokee. After not receiving the package for over two weeks. I e-mailed customer service. No response. I then called customer service after being on hold for 45mins someone finally answered. I explained the issue. They said sounds like it got lost. Back on hold for another 45 mins. This was the first and last time I will ever deal with them. Next time I'm going to support my local business. Terrible customer service. read more

Tried calling 3 days in a row, I get placed on hold every single time with no one helping me after 20 minutes holding. They just wait for you to hang up. Customer service was horrible. I have made about 7 calls and same result every time. If you can't help the customers and telling people you are short staffed close the business till you can figure it out. read more

The first two times I called in to inquire I was lied to and told that it was shipping tomorrow, third person said it was back ordered, and the last person, who canceled my order, didn't show any remorse or any kind of empathy to retain a customer or anything. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So I ordered a front and back bumper and they tell me it's going to be four weeks lead time. Have to pay for it in full in advance so I do. Five weeks no communication, so I call them. they tell me it's another eight weeks out. Bumper comes in eight weeks later and they tell me it's another month out for them to schedule the install. They tell me it's going to be an eight hour install. They have my truck for five days. They forgot to order one of the parts so another month later the lightbar comes in they have to remove the bumper and install it. They keep my car for another day. I get the car back and they don't install the BSM sensors correctly so it has to go to the dealer.Very poor communication. Tried to call them and am put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes (3 separate times). Go somewhere else for your four wheel parts needs. read more

I went into the store and wanted to buy a soft top for my jeep. I told them what I had and they said what they grabbed from the back was the correct one. Drove back home 3 hours and went to install it and it was for a 2 door jeep and not a 4 door. I emailed them and the manager said he would get the correct one to me only after I would send the old one back. I received the "new one" and it was missing parts so the install couldnt happen. Then they sent another "new " product to me and it was fine except the baggy inside with the parts was opened and missing parts again!!! The instructions were ripped and wrinkled and were for a 1992-1995 Jeep Wrangler and not the 2012 wrangler top. This company and particularly the Boise Idaho location is horrible with service, products are not complete with the parts needed and expect a wait time of 15 minutes on the phone. Be prepared to be upsold!!! We bought a 700+ dollar brake pad and rotors for my wife's JK. Only reason I paid this is they told me that ANYTIME the pads wear out they would be replaced for free. My wife is usps rural and goes through pads quick. I made this very very clear with the salesman. Well after first pad replacement they charged us said they couldn't do that because it wasn't a factory defect. I highly suggest you do not take these people at there word with any kind of warrenty they try to sell you. read more
